He was on time and very patient with me ( I am 71 and trying to understand) I find his explanations easy to understand and am grateful for his assistance and patience with me.

Jamie was on time- Very patient and encouraging -he answered all my questions and fixed the problems with explanations I could understand. I was comfortable to work with him in my home- he was very professional and I will always use this company when I need in-home computer assistance !!

Jamie is exceptional and patient with seniors. He takes a couple at home who act like the grandparents in the commercial handing their electronic devices over to the grandkids saying none of this works and makes us feel empowered and capable. The fees are reasonable for home instruction and he is extremely thorough and my wife and I do not feel like fools. He guides us in what other equipment we may need to realize our dream for electronics. HE encourages us to use classes but we are not yet willing to be in a group and risk appearing ignorant. HE assures us we won't but it is a personal thing. Could not recommend higher Royalwise and Jamie as a patient, intelligent and capable instructor of seniors and other people

The class was great. I learned a number of things about Apple's new operating system, Siri, and Maps. Jamie shared information that made it easier to use the equipment and it was fun to discover the new features. I will return to take the next class on iCloud when my schedule allows. You can always figure out how to use your new phone but you probably won't use it efficiently or have fun with all of the new things it can do without attending a class by an expert. I highly recommend taking Jamie and Alicia's training sessions.

Alicia is a wonder. She readily solved some quirky issues with MS Word for Mac. In no time, she had my problem fixed and taught me how to correct the issue if it happens again in the future. I highly recommend Alicia P****** at Royalwise Solutions!

This was probably my fifth or sixth time have then out and each time they have been awesome. Also took several of their classes and loved them. Very professional but easy to relate to and will train on your level which in my case is pretty low. Highly recommend them

The service was fine. Alicia is a good teacher and makes the computer a little less daunting.

I appreciated the work. She eliminated a lot of things I had put in. It is now easy for me to use. I think I have used her about 3-4 times. She is very good, but a little bit expensive. She charges $99 an hour. I have one more appointment with her to finish adjusting QuickBooks to make it easier. She also made it so that my bank statements will come directly to the computer. She has done great work.

They do excellent work. They are very punctual and professional. They do have a one million dollar insurance policy.
