My name is Annie, and I am the owner and Principal Broker of Rose Country Realty, LLC In the 1990's, I served as a REO Asset Manager, and, in that role, I became an expert in that niche of real estate. I understand the process from all sides of selling properties across the entire US, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii. REO stands for Real Estate Owned, specifically owned by a financial institution that acquired title by a foreclosure or deed-in-lieu process. REO Asset Management is the upkeep and handling of the financial institution's REO properties. For individuals here wanting to sell in the Portland area, I am aware what needs to be done for top dollar resale value. Or, if you intend on not being bothered with all the fuss of getting your home fixed, cleaned up and staged, for example, I can help you get buyers to the table to review offers as-is. If you are ready to prepare your property in top notch condition, I have lots of construction experience to help oversee the contractors and then organize and stage the home. For buyers, I will work for you to be on top of the market changes and up to date with the property search that matches your chosen criteria.
