Excellent customer service and even though they were very busy they took the time to show me their vinyl choices and make recommendations. I was able to take my time to decide and ended up picking the vinyl that was initially recommended. They also repaired a broken back on one of the chairs - two dowels had snapped off. The chairs turned out gorgeous!!!! Because they do an amazing job and they are a small shop, have patience. They were booked out a couple months at the time I brought my chairs in. You will get amazing service and will be very pleased with the work. So worth it!

They did a great job recovering our old couch and remade back pillows . Every thing on the pattern is lined up well and looks very nice. They did a excellent job with the pillows. My only complaint is that they are a little expensive but I had heart that they did a great from a interior designer so I went with them and do not regret it. I did have to pay for pick up and delivery.

Went extremely well. I contacted Mandy in mid-June. She was able to pick up the chair within a few days. Returned the finished product on July 11. I told her from the outset that I was not in a hurry, and I realize that scheduling pick-up and delivery can
add days. From the outset she paid close attention to my desires, and the finished product is wonderful.

Mandy is fabulous!! She exceeded my expectations for a really nice price.
I emailed Mandy at Rose City Upholstery with a photo of my chair asking for an estimate. She responded promptly with great detail on options and prices. I was impressed at the detail and promptness of her response.
I brought the chair in and it was done within a week and a half. It is beautiful! See photos. Mandy also cleaned up the wood which I thought was really full service. My chair looks brand new and is gorgeous. I will definitely bring all my upholstery needs to Mandy and recommend her to others.

My wife and I had needed to get new cushions for our cabin in Central Oregon. The the old cushions were very old and had the thickness of a pancake. Needless to say, very uncomfortable. We did not want to spend a lot since this is just a vacation spot for us. After extensive research on-line, we decided to call Rose City Upholstery. Mandy from Rose City was extremely friendly and helpful when I called. I explained what I wanted and gave her the dimensions of the cushions that we would need. She took the measurements and called me back within 10 minutes with a estimated quote. The price was very reasonable. Later that week (mid August) my wife and I stopped in to pick out the fabric. Mandy was very helpful and had countless fabric samples to pick from. After selecting the fabric she calculated the cost and we paid a 50% deposit. I had asked if we could pick them up by Sept 7, as we had a trip planned to stay at the cabin for a week and wanted to sit on comfortable chairs. She said she would do her best as she was down one employee.
Amazingly, Mandy ended up having them complete by August 31. 1 week early!!! The best part of it all is that they turned out perfect. I was amazed at the quality of the cushions. I will always use Rose City from this point on for any type of upholstery work! I highly recommend Rose City Upholstery.

They originally told me a month and they had it finished in that time. They were very friendly. They had given an estimate and the actually cost of labor was more due to more hours being spent and they never notified me of this change prior to doing the work.
