Seem like genuinely nice people. They showed me how to properly operate my irrigation system, capped a sprinkler and gave me the head to use as a spare backup. They also offer a convenient winterization and spring de-winterization service. Overall very happy with their service.

Owner Zach Davis was very professional. He repaired and adjusted sprinkler heads quickly. Good value for the money and I will continue to use Zake when needed.

He is still scheduled to come out this week but has been very proactive to order parts and state which way to proceed with repairs to get it done right

Quickly got to work fixing 2 leaks, then gave great advice whenever I had questions about my system. No wasted time, and very personable and easy to work with.

After a disaster with another company we gave Zach a call. He rejuvenated our existing system, offering suggestions to upgrade and improve it. Such great results! We are moving shortly and will call on Rose City Backflow to help out at our new home.

Zach was very responsive when I first reached out and came out to take a look at our irrigation repair needs. He assessed the problem and then we set a date for the work to happen. Zach showed up that day and was able to repair the system rather than having to run a new line, coming in at less than what was initially discussed! Who does that? I trust Rose City Irrigation for the time they took in explaining my system to me, for the communication and reliability and for a job done on time and under budget!

A previous contractor had incorrectly installed our irrigation controller. We did not trust him to correct the faulty work he did so we called Rose City. Rose City came out and immediately fixed the problem. Zach was right on time and was very knowledgeable about the problem we had. Cost was extremely reasonable. He will be our go-to guy for any future problems with our irrigation system.
