Good attitude, professionalism.  There was one thing that didn’t get done but it wasn’t a big deal, it will be done at the next visit.

Really friendly employees.  They knew their vehicles, they knew their trade.

Their sales and their maintenance is phenomenal but their collision sucks. I have never been so disappointed with collision. That is why I ended up going with Gerber. They seemed really good with every thing.

I've been going to them for over 25 years.

I have never had a problem with them. I've been going to them since 1992. Can't get much better track record than that.

They were very good on the auto sale.

Just reduce their d*mn price. You go in for an oil change and it’s always added this and that and you need this and that.

Their service is good. I did have a small issue with my breaks being installed one time, but they did give me 3 free oil changes for the hassle. Besides this the service has been great.

They are very responsive. They have a nice setup. They know what they are doing, when they do it. I have high expectations when dealing with other people. They are not proactive. Just tell me if something is wrong and don't do the minimum. If my brakes are going out and you are driving my car to check on the transmission, let me know my brakes need work. They just do the minimum and I can get that anywhere.

I think they are great. Very good, very fast, very comfortable waiting room. Everything is clean, polished, orderly. Their bay area is spotless. I would definitely go back for everything.

They are very dependable ,they punctual so if you have appointment they take it on time they also gives coupons which lowers the cost of service.

Staff was efficient and prompt.  They kept me updated on progress of work/completion date.  The quality of the work was good.  I had both bumpers replaced.  Paint work was required and it looks great.

small delay as parts not in local stock. parts acquired and vehicle repaired before promised time. chauffeur service was provided when a delay in repair was discovered. personnel courteous and helpful.

Actually one of my better new car buying experiences. Salesman listened to what I wanted. Showed me a car that fit my needs. Never was pushy or heavy-handed. Talked with the and quot;closerand quot; and did make a deal. They also agreed to work out letting me take the trade-in to a stereo shop that installed it and remove it so I could put it in the Honda. Also, arranged for the salesman to take the trade-in to an RV shop to remove the towing and braking used for towing the vehicle behind a motorhome. All was done in a timely manner and as promised. Very impressed with entire transaction.

BTW, yes the car cost more than a dollar, I just wasn't comfortable posting ending price here due to the multiple issues involved with the entire sale.

They have gone out of their way, even their service manager actually called me at home one day. I'm only taking my car to them.
