 + -1 moreWhen we purchased the frame from them we took it home and the frame didn't fit our existing mattress. When they came and delivered the new frame they took the old frame back to their warehouse. Once we discovered that the mattress didn't fit the frame, the owner came back with our old frame and returned the frame I had purchased for no extra charge. I thought they went above and beyond the call of duty.
Description of Work: We purchased a futon frame from them.
