Badly...every bid he gave us was underbid by 1/3 to 1/2. Our total cost was just over $2750. The bid was about $1900. In addition, he showed up on the first day and entered the house with his standard poodle, never having asked if that was okay. Our two dogs are not friendly to strange dogs, let alone those that simply enter their home. On unload day I'm very grateful our dogs were at the groomers because he brought his dog just recently diagnosed with highly contagious kennel cough--I actually found her in our home taking one of our dogs balls off a shelf and taking it into the yard--that ball was a goner!. Our newly purchased bedroom furniture was considerably scraped, two of the stemware glasses he packed broke (he did reimburse us) and he claimed a terra cotta pot broke, but it turned out to be half of our chiminea, making the whole useless. He was forgetful, he was very malodorous and even his workers complained about working for him.

I was impressed with Robert's attitude, honesty, leadership and crew. Throughout the move Robert was pleasant, positive and scholarly about his approach to both carefully loading the truck and moving our possessions without incident. This was a two-day move with a variety of challenges and Robert consistently responded with grace and authority. The communication was excellent and never left us in doubt of the process. Most importantly, Robert and his crew had the appropriate tools and knew how to use them. All of the furniture was carefully blanket wrapped then shrink wrapped and runners were distributed throughout the house to protect the floors. We have never experienced such a professional and conscientious move. Robert turned something we had been dreading into a positive experience. I enthusiastically recommend Robert and his team.

One of my old clients recommended him. He was unreal. He was the most conscientious mover I've ever experienced. Everything was packed in so well. He charges $35 an hour for one guy, $50 an hour for two guys and $70 for three guys. I had three guys. He made such quick time of everything but it was packed so well. It was a really neat experience and it was amazing. He loves what he does; he loves his work. He took special care and treated them like they were his possessions. He was the coolest of any mover I've ever seen. I would use him again without a doubt.

Robert and his partner are complete professionals. They are punctual, courteous and respectful of our belongings. They also think ahead; leaving walkways and thinking about what items need to be unloaded and placed for easy access.
