This company was so great. My realtor recommended them and though they were a little more expensive than the other quote I got, I'm so glad I went with them. The job ended up being incredibly complicated and they were so patient and helpful. There was a point when it looked like what needed to be done just logistically couldn't happen, so the owner came in and made it happen by talking and working with the businesses around us to use their property and get special equipment in. These guys really went above and beyond and were friendly and professional the entire time. I highly recommend them- they are worth what they charge.

I have nothing but good things to say about Reynolds Sewers. I originally contracted them for some sewer repairs that came out of home inspection. Further investigation showed that there was a neighbor on a party line, so the work had to be delayed. When that was done, Reynolds was quick to get me on their schedule. What really made them stand out to me was that during the excavation, they noticed some issues with the plumbing on the house. I was out of the country and had to communicate by email, but they were able to lay out my options clearly. In the end, they were able to get some concrete guys to come in and build out a crawlspace at a reasonable additional cost. All throughout the process, Reynolds was helpful and tried to minimize the cost, and everyone who came to my house for the work was professional.

The sewer line could not be replaced in the traditional manner of threading a new one through the existing line, as it was in too rough of shape to do this. Rod, the and quot;leadand quot;, came up with the idea to use an auger type machine and create an underground hole from the side of the house to the street and thread a new line back to the house and hook it up. It all worked out very well and we are pleased with having this really big job done- And done well.
Crew worked hard, worked well together and even tolerated me hanging around watching.
I would really recommend this company. They really know their stuff.
