THE WORK, ITSELF WAS PASSED BY DEQ. I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY THE ACTIONS OF EMPLOYEES AND THE RESPONSE OF THE OWNER. THE EMPLOYEE AGREED TO LOCK THE HOUSE AFTER USING POWER. HE LEFT THE DOOR WIDE OPEN ALL NIGHT. (IN A MUCH LESS THAN UPSCALE NEIGHBORHOOD) WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER TO REPORT, SHE WAS VERY UNCONCERNED, BUT HAD THE EMPLOYEE CALL TO APOLOGIZE. HE CALLED, BUT WAS MUCH MORE INTERESTED IN TELLING ME HOW HIS DOG REALLY DID NOT RUN IN AND OUT WHILE HE WORKED. (EVEN THOUGH 2 NEIGHBORS REPORTED HE DID)
