REPIPE Specialists

We've had issues for years with rocks and rust chunks clogging up our appliances, shower head, kitchen and bathroom faucets plus shooting out into our bathtub each time the wife wanted a bath. We finally had The Repipe Specialists come out and replace all of the old galvanized pipes with Pex piping, plus add a shower head to the main bath, and added another outdoor faucet. We were pleasantly surprised how quick the whole process was. It only took one day. Everything works very well now. It's real nice not having to clean out clogged faucets now. The drywall crew also did an excellent job also. Everybody was very courteous and respectful to the whole COVID issue. The only real negatives were- #1- Having to clean out and pull away everything that is blocking all the areas that they will be working around, which there are a lot of them. But that is obviously all part of it. So, no problem. It was all expected, just a pain. #2- Having to keep everything cleared away from the areas that need to be drywall repaired, which was several weeks later. Again, that is obviously all part of it. So, no problem. It was also all expected, just a pain. #3- The shower head that was put in, was mounted very high. We didn't realize how high it was until the wife stepped in to bath and she reached up just to look at it. She could just barely touch it. Couldn't really adjust it. We called them and they came right out about a week later and lowered it before the drywall was repaired. My wife is a bit on the shorter side and we really didn't allow for it. Worked out well. #4- Had to get a new electrical ground put in because the old ground is attached to the old galvanized pipes but that was expected. Just another cost but not a big issue. Over all we had a very good experience with them. No complaints

Completed in just one day! Was very pleased with the professional quoting process, time taken to answer questions and the repipe experience. Very happy we opted to use this company.

The crew was terrific, neat, and clean. Their professionalism was great and they completed the job quickly. The downsides...One, THE COST! My parents do not have much money, but their home desperately needed new plumbing! Of course we knew the price going into the project, Repipe is very clear about costs (and we took advantage of the one-year free financing). However, when the job was completed in seven hours, with four plumbers, and even including materials, permit, and business overhead, we feel the cost could be considered high (7300.00)! Perhaps we are missing some drastic cost(s)??? Additionally, we did not choose to have them patch/repair, that would have been 1400.00 more. Two, ROUTING OF PIPE, some pipes were placed through the floor instead of through the walls. It would have been best, in our case, to have another family member at the home on that day, to monitor progress/activities.
