Wade was punctual and communicated well throughout the project. I had a short timeline and he was able to get everything done quickly but still a very professional job. I had multiple bids and chose him as I was meeting who was doing the work and he had the best bid. In this case, I got more than what I paid for and I appreciate the work he and his son did for me. I will definitely use him again and refer him to others.

Rental Prep Painting did a great job as usual. I called Wade several weeks in advance and asked him if he could repaint my house interior once my tenants vacated the property. I postponed the work a few times because of conflicts with other contractors and he accommodated my schedule each time. He gave me a rough estimate in advance, which needed to be adjusted after I added some work, but I thought the final price was very reasonable.

I was so impressed with the work Wade and his crew did while painting the interior of our school last year that I was anxious to have him perform the painting of our home. My wife is very particular and talented with colors, shading and unique applications of colors. This required multiple test colors and applications, all of which Wade completed with a patient and fully professional manner. As multiple shades of the same color base were used, Wade walked through the entire area confirming and marking all walls. He was able to start the project in an extremely timely manner and complete it professionally in all aspects and manners. I especially appreciate that at the end of each day Wade would examine the entire area assuring everything was cleaned, properly covered and prepared for the following day.
I do not believe price is everything when considering a contractor, yet I must emphasize the extremely reasonable pricing Wade utilizes in his projects. The price of this project for both interior and exterior work was approximately the same I paid several years ago for exterior work only.
There is absolutely nothing in this entire process that I would change or prefer to have different. This is a company that will deliver to your expectations and delight you with the results.

I contacted Wade because his team previously painted the exterior of my house, and they had done a great job at a very reasonable price. I was also very pleased with the results of this project, and Wade offered a number of suggestions that improved the quality of the work and made it more cost-effective as well. Wade has always promptly responded to my calls and emails, and the projects were efficiently completed as scheduled. I highly recommend Wade for his superior service.

Wade Lawson was quick to respond, quick to offer a quote and quick to get the job done. Most everything had been removed, but the few things that were left were treated respectfully and protected from paint. We read the reviews prior to hiring, and the reviews were correct. This company did a great job.

I have referred Wade Lawson at Rental prep for over 7 years. He was introduced to me by one of my own clients. After having him do paint on my own personal rental properties, as well as, have him work on my clients homes to get them ready for sale, I wouldn't use anyone else. He's extremely reliable, great with me and my clients and he does a great job. He doesn't gouge on pricing out jobs and I can always count on him. As a Realtor it's very hard to find good contractors you can trust to refer to your clients but Wade is always on my list. My whole family has used him at some point to paint for them.

I can't express how great Wade and his team of painters are... I have a growing list of more areas that need freshening up that I want him to do later this Spring!
Many of my neighbors have used or plan to use him in the near future for their painting work - because they are impressed with the calibre of painting and the affordability of his service. One of my neighbors even referred Wade (owner) to our neighborhood school when it needed to painting (which he did before school opened and it looks great!)...
His pricing is more than fair - they are prompt, professional, and communication with them is easy via e-mail or phone... I can't say enough nice things about these guys.... Truly - they are the best around.......
