RC Treescapes

Roger and I played phone tag for a week or two, before we were able to land on a date. Roger and his crew came out Friday morning and got to work. I needed several limbs taken off my Myrtlewood tree. The branches were sitting on my roof and along the west side of my house. I also had a few branches that were broken and posing a hazard to my roof. Roger explained how the job would go and his crew got to work. They went through the job like it was nothing. The bucket operator/cutter and his ground crew were in sync and the tree was cut back within an hour. The ground crew then chipped the branches so we could use it as mulch. All said they did an excellent job and I will be hiring them again ion the future.

Roger came over to discuss the project on Friday afternoon, the same day I called his office. He is a good listener, and understood my concerns about possible falling branches yet trying to save the trees. We discussed various options, and he explained how the trees could be trimmed. He was able to fit the job into his schedule two days later. Roger and crew arrived on time and did a truly magnificent job in about 4 hours. Both trees now look healthy and natural, not just "lopped off" at the top. The crew was very considerate of the neighbors and did a good job cleaning up. Roger called to let me know when the job was complete, and I really appreciated working with him and his team. I would highly recommend Roger for any major or minor tree work, because he is very knowledgeable and a real expert !

Roger Cassady really knows about trees - how to assess their health and determining what to remove and what to keep. He used a bucket truck so he could cut as much as 60' above ground. He is a real professional and excellent to work with. His work was arranged by North Woods Tree Service (Daryl North) - Daryl and his crew removed a large dying maple and other smaller trees - he is also excellent.

Rodger's crew did a great job! nice to see a crew of young men with such attention to detail and work ethic. I did find a small bit of the stump that was missed, need to be ground. Rodger came back and made it right. Would use them again had all of the right equipment to accomplish the job.

the removal went well. very seamless. a crane was used to lift the portions of the tree that the climber and crew carefully cut down and was lifted over our home. they were all so precise. the large lumber was placed in a truck. amazing! he was very careful not to damage our deck and the last piece of the trunk was cut down below the deck to ensure easy reassembly. this is not the first time we have hired roger but the third time. we would not hire anyone but him when it comes to efficient and safe removal. they were very respectful of my landscape and driveway. in addition for all the work involved over a 2 day period, the price was very reasonable. I wish I could give roger and his company an a+.

RC Treescape is Roger Cassady, who has assisted McLean Park and House Friends for several years. He is a devoted arborist who truly cares about the appearence and development of the McLean property.and its evolution to a quality park. Trees have been taken out due to age or location in the park. Replacement trees and flora have been recommended and donated some by Roger. His techniques and service process are truly amazing as he uses reinforced pads to protect the lawns or ground covers as limbs are dropped from above. He has professional equipment to handle most any type of tree situation and approaches each situation as a unique challenge. Roger just does a great job and hires specialist to assist in different occasions depending on the job. Once you see Roger in the 40 ft. extended and quot;cherry pickerand quot; you are in for a treat in taking care of trees needing to be addressed.
He uses time effectively and efficently. Plus his cost are reasonalble.

Rodger and his crew are wonderful. The perfomed all the work in the qoute and even left us a wood splitter for a week. His Crew is puncutal , hardworking and friendly and I would not hesiate to hire them again

Roger (owner) arrived on time and did the specified work as bid. The workers left the job site clean. They were polite and very knowledgeable.

Great! Our tree was large, but Roger and his crew finished the whole job in 1 day. They even cut and stacked some firewood for us. They left our yard tidy and Roger was a wealth of knowledge about tree replacement ideas. They are fabulous to work with.
