I have used Luis (RLCC) for many projects in 2 homes. And recommended him to countless others. He has done a complete re-siding & exterior painting on my 1924 bungalow. He has added a bedroom with egress window to my basement. He built a small kitchen for my MIL unit. Finished and walled in a new bedroom in an upstairs space. And many”little” things- bathroom refresh with new floor tile & paint. Installing new hardwood. Installing new light fixtures and interior painting. I trust Luis with any project big or small. He is FAST, timely (meaning on time every morning), prepared and cleans up at the end of each day. He’s knowledgeable & a good carpenter. He knows how to schedule and manage a crew. I love Luis!

Luis and his excellent crew have remodeled 2 bathrooms and done an interior painting job in my Irvington home. I am so pleased with all the work, it is top notch! They are very careful and precise and check in on important questions to make sure we?re on the same page. They are also very attentive to making any corrections if needed and I really appreciate the attention to detail. Luis is very personable, kind and easy to communicate with. They have worked on our projects while we were out of town and were especially mindful of our two cats, making sure the one who tries to escape didn?t get outdoors. I would highly recommend Luis and RC Construction for remodeling projects!!

Luis is the absolute best! I’ve had him do two large remodels now, and he was exceptional to work with both times. He came highly recommended from previous neighbors and I’ve sent many people his way, not one has been disappointed. I have close friends who are contractors and I hire Luis and his crew instead of them because I know the outcome will be exactly what I’m looking for without any complications. With both remodels there are things I wish I’d done differently, hiring Luis is not one of them. I was an electrician previously and have worked on many projects, very few GCs had the same professionalism or standards as Luis. Also, his subs are always the best, nobody has better or more reasonable partnerships than Luis. If you’re looking for the right person for your job, yo He found him. Just be patient as he’s busy due to how awesome he is, it’s worth any wait you might experience.

We wanted to get half of our basement finished to make it a family room. Luis did a fantastic job including getting custom made cabinets, carpet flooring, all new dry wall with ceiling lights and adding electrical. He knows I have a little kid at home so he made sure to modern outlets that the little ones can’t easily get shocked by…it is the small details that he takes great care of. Also, we had a little bit of a problem with flooding and he was more than helpful with coming by quickly to help us out! 10/10 would recommend every time

Luis and his crew are top notch. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They’ve painted two houses for me (exterior) and one interior (3 floors) all to excellent results. I highly recommend.
