This guy is great! But better than the obvious skills he has is that he is honest and easy to communicate with.

Randy quoted me $35 an hour on the phone for the problem as it is very difficult to predict how far a dry rot problem can extend. Randy arrived 10 min. early to come and look at a dry rot problem I had. He took a look at it and said he could fix it right then and there. It took him 1.5 hours to fix and he did a fantastic job. He replaced all the rotted boards and plywood. He did not even need to go to Home Depot for material! He was prepared, honest and very friendly. My only regret was not asking him to stay and do some more work before he was off on to his next appointment.
What a refreshing experience finding a general contractor that has the attitude that "no job is too small", arrives early and able to get the work done quickly without any surprises.

Randy came over to my house that I had just purchased. I needed a couple of things repaired, such as the electrical outlet on the back porch and the lights on the front of my garage. Randy put in a new electrical box on my back porch. He said one of the bulbs had burned out and the fixtures weren't wired well so they shold be replaced, but I could keep putting new bulbs in, knowing they would burn out quickly, if I wanted to, or if I bought new fixtures, he could install them for me. Also, I asked him to look at a light switch because it was clicking when I turned it on and that seemed a bad. He said it was just tight, and he could replace it for me, but there was no need to have it replaced.

He was great. I liked that he was very honest. His price was really good.

Randy is an honest, competent and hard working contractor who is a perfectionist, provides great customer service and guarantees his work. He's totally pet-friendly. He easily made friends with my big dogs and they now think he's part of the family. Randy's customer service is above and beyond. On several occasions, when I've had a problem, Randy has dropped what he was doing and come to my house the same day as my call, at 7pm or 8 in the evening, to check out the problem and do what he could to fix it. He'll work with you on your timeline to the extent humanly possible. And his pricing is at or below the market for quality work. In short, Randy Garrison Construction is a five star service provider. I don't know what I'd do without him.

Randy started on the day he said he would. He worked fast and clean. He was always patient and helpful when we wanted to add or change items while the work was being performed.He went the extra mile ,And worked long hours, weekends. He was the best of the best. He finished before the move in date.
