I was given a referral for this contractor from a VERY trusted source.  Even though I got a couple of other bids I trusted my source's judgement and hired this contractor.  It was difficult to try and find someone to do the work since all the contractors I called were pretty booked.  This contractor explained that he would fit time in to do the work for me around his other big remodel that he was currently doing so I agreed since I needed the work done before Thanksgiving. 
He did the cutout/cabinet modification as I requested but what was hugely disappointing was that he didn't modify the vent above the microwave even though I expressly asked that the work be done so the appliance could be installed hassle free.  He tried to explain to me that the crew that would be coming to install the appliance should be able to take care of the vent above the microwave but he had no clue whether they would or not.  
What was also disappointing was that he offered me an additional HUGE bid to do the install of the microwave & dishwasher which according to him would include the duct work above the microwave but because the company doing the install offered a practically free installation left me to scrabble to find a HVAC company to do the vent modification after the microwave was installed because they weren't authorized to do additional work other than install.
I've hired MANY contractors in the last 5 - 10 years and his price for the minimal amount of work was QUITE a bit OVER THE TOP but I agreed because I needed the work done as soon as possible.  I would never use this contractor again and don't trust him to do the duct work modification as I need it even though he offered to do the work at an additional cost.  I don't think he knew what it would take or how to do the vent modification because it seemed that me that he was confused himself.

They completed the job in about 16 weeks. I felt the pricing was in-line with everyone else. We felt that it was a very clear and understandable bid. There were no hidden fees. We really liked them. Cliff did the design work and they do impeccable work. They have a great attention to detail and have a really good design.

A+ right down to the cement pad landing. Cliff and Clint tied the ramp into a existing exterior stairway, maintaining the ADA specifications of 12:1 run-to-rise ratioo. The deck is freestanding, easily removable and well built. He is my go to guy for all large scale contracting needs.

Overall I think this remodel went well and I am definitely pleased with the results. Cliff, the owner and driving force behind RC Belt Construction, has a lot of integrity and is great to work with. A few things I really appreciated about having him on the job:

** He took our thoughts from the intial interview and created some CAD drawings of what the bathroom could look like in its next life. That was great because we could see that he had heard our ideas/concerns and it helped us hone our priorities and design wants.
** I was unsure about picking out all the variables (paint, flooring, tile, counter, etc) and having them "hang together" at the end, so he kindly offered to meet me at the various suppliers where he patiently gave me useful advice and insights.
** I never had to ask twice if I felt something needed to be tweaked or changed, we'd talk, and he'd take care of it.
** He always took the time to check in with me and keep me informed.
** He definitely has the skills and the desire to deliver high-quality worksmanship.

Cliff and his crew were professional, on time, and trustworthy. Cliff is extremely knowledgable and gives many options for a job.

Mr. Cliff's crew was awesome and unobtrusive! They cleaned up the area everyday, and were very pleasant to work with. The bathrooms looks great!

Cliff did a excellent job. He was on time with the budget, finished when he said he would and the work was beautifully done. We couldn’t recommend him more highly to anymore looking for a designer and contractor.

On time. On budget and the start of an on going relationship. They were very good when problems were riced with our HOA.
