They were very difficult to schedule in the first place. Then she left the other two at the house and took off for over an hour, ostensibly to get gas. They broke an irreplaceable mask. They knocked over a large wardrobe that it took all four of us to catch. Then she ruined a photo that couldn't be replaced by putting it on a watery surface. This was all in one day that seemed like it would never end.

She comes with two other people and gets the job done quick for a reasonable price! The first time she comes out it is a deep cleaning and they take longer (was about $140) then after that it is just $85 a week. We have a small place, so a bigger house will probably cost you more.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was really good. They were very quick, but good. They worked hard. They brought in 4 people for the crew so maybe that's why they were so much faster. I would use them again but I think I am going to go with a private person.

I thought the cleeaning was good, however, I have tried 3 times since I had them to contact me so that I might have them back  and I never received a phone call.  Because of this behavior, I wouldn't have them back in my house.  When they were here I paid them more than what they quoted.....I thought I was fair, but, their manners bother me.

I was happy with their services.  I always pick up my house, vacuum and remove all of the throw rugs to make it easy to do the hardwood floors.  And I try to co-clean with the housecleaners.  On average, I have cleaners do about 1/3 of my house and my family & I do the remainder.  I wasn't blown away by their services but after having another cleaning company shortly after them, I realized that they were fantastic by comparison.  Would use them again.

Yesenia and her team are amazing. I've hired them twice now and my house has never been so clean. They are fast, professional, and thorough. She even squeezed me in last minute this week. I really am amazed at how well they do their jobs; I try to keep the house clean and I am terrible!!! I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

This company was great to work with. Great attitude and pleasant to deal with . They were able to help us out with hardly any notice. The cleaning was exceptional.

Excellent. Cleaned everything inside. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Made beds. Did all the extras.

I ended up paying more money, because of a misunderstanding about which rooms I wanted cleaned. There were a few rooms cleaned that I requested be left alone, do to how much time it would take. I believe this because the ladies didn't speak fluent English.

I was pleased with the service overall.  Two women promptly arrived at my home and cleaned the upper level which took approximately two hours to complete.

They do a really great job,and are very thorough. I have used them often,and have always been really pleased with the outcome. My only complaint is that scheduling has been somewhat difficult. I try to schedule by email but sometimes(not always)things get jumbled and they don't get back to me. In the past,when there has been a miscommunication It has been fixed. I think that Yesenia works really hard to ensure that her customers are happy.

Yesenia confirms what needs to be done and is thorough with the house cleaning.

I gave the cleaning services to my daughter in law for her birthday. My daughter in law set the date with the cleaning service.They arrived on time and, according to my son, did an awesome job cleaning their condo.

I love this company and won't use anyone else now.

They charge per visit.  They are excellent.  They are very thorough.  They are dependable.  They do what I ask them to do.  Sometimes, they do more than I ask them to do.

The owner Yesenia (who is very nice to deal with) was rarely here and most trips sent two non English speaking employees to do the job.  The employees always appeared to be in a hurry and were not very careful. They would always turn on all the lights in our house even on bright sunny days which troubled me.  On one occasion they broke the tusk off of an expensive elephant sculpture.  Their Insurance Company paid $2,850 in damages and then a few months later they broke two dolphins off of a bronze sculpture.  Yesenia agreed to pay to replace the item but her Insurance Company wanted to repair the item instead despite the fact that our contract stated "Pay for or Replace".  In the end I had to take Yesenia to Small Claims Court and I prevailed.  At this time I have a Judgement against Yesenia for almost $2,000 to replace the bronze sculpture.  There was no need to pick up this sculpture and how you could breal a bronze sculpture is beyond me.  My wife would have most likely allowed them to continue cleaning to work off the value of the second sculpture but Yesenia called and said that they could not clean our house anymore because we had too many valuable and breakable items.  It took me almost two years to get this case resolved despite repeated assuarances from Yesenia that she would pay for the boken sculpture.

I am aware of another customer that is a friend of mine where Quality Home Cleaning dislodged a pocket door from its runners because of closing the door too hard.  The owner had to tear open the wall in order to remount the door and after this experience terminated their relationship with Quality.

Yesenia is a very nice lady and we enjoyed having her work with us.  Unfortunately, her employees appear to be unfamiliar with working in nicer homes and aren't as cautious as perhaps they should be. I'm not one to give a company all F's just because of a poor experience so I tried to be as fair and honest with the grades that I gave.

Our experience with previous name brand Maid services turned up missing jewlery including my wedding ring so at this point we will clean our home ourselves.
