The initial bid was pleasant and professional. After receiving other bids I went with pro lift. I was able to choose specifics of the door that matched HOA rules. After making down payment I was told it could be three months for the door to come in. To my happy surprise it wasn’t that long. The installer arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. The job site was clean and neat. My new door is wonderful and fits perfectly. Great experience.

The service technician Lawson was communicative, prompt, and courteous. The roll-up door we called about is 26 years old and desperately needs replacement. Regardless, he alleviated the issues and made adjustments to prolong its use until we replace it this spring. I would hire again and will recommend ProLife Garage Doors to friends and family.

Excellent work. Excellent communication. They also went above and beyond and fixed an unrelated issue that will help prolong the life of the garage door. This is a smaller company, but they are very focused on customer service and customer satisfaction. The same person who gave the estimate did the work. Having ProLift come to the house and provide a cost estimate was free (another vendor charged $50). Will definitely hire again when the need arises.

The company responded to our request for service very quickly. They were able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. The technician completed the repair quickly and the price was reasonable. We were so pleased with the work that when the spring on our other door broke we immediately contacted them!

James over the phone quickly understood the situation and then had a prompt appointment to inspect what was required to fix. Among all the potential contractors, James offers the best price and warranty. The work was done efficiently yet thoroughly. If my garage door had issues again, he will be my immediate contact.

I had a door failure late on a Friday and they had a person out to the house who was able to tell me if we could repair and or replace by Sunday. That same day my door was fixed and I was able to start the new week without worrying about a disruption. Thank you to the team at Prolift.

Timely, honest, and efficient. Even identified an issue that needed fixing and just did it while they were there. On another occasion my neighbor came over in a panic because he needed to get somewhere ASAP and his garage wouldn’t open. Called Prolift and they came out within hours and got them all squared away. Highly recommend!
