I think they are great. They are extremely reliable and they fulfill any requests that I had. I don't have any doubt that I would recommend them if anybody were to ask.

John is a good guy and easy to deal with. The project came in on time and on budget and is generally satisfactory. But a drainage problem that we specifically asked to be fixed wasn't. And there have been a couple issues where we asked for some follow-up and never got it. And we wish we had gotten the plant guarantee -- we've had several plants die on us. It's hard to know why -- perhaps we didn't care for them properly -- but still the plant guarantee would have been worth it.
We had a comparable bid on the job from a larger firm. They seemed a little too and quot;corporateand quot; for our taste, but in retrospect we probably should have gone with them.

They did exactly what they said they would. The yard looked great.

So far it's fine.

The laborers were very hard working and pleasant to deal with. The owner was good at checking in with us both by phone and visits to the work site.

John came out and we talked about what I had in mind to finish my back yard (rock wall, sod, bark dust, wood chip for kids paly area). The estimate took a while to come in, and email communication wasn't the best. Don't know how busy these guys are. The price was decent, better than other bids, but not spetacular. The crew showed up on time and work very hard. One problem, they place the rock wall off set from the property boundary rather than on the boundary. Talked to John and he showed up next day and had his crew redo the wall. Great effort! The quality of the rock wall was nice, and the sod lawn was fine.

We had requested bids from several landscape contractors and his was not only reasonable, but John personally seemed reasonable and easy to work with. This proved to be very true, and he and his crew did as requested, were flexible the entire project, and even added some things that came up. He has even come back the next year to drain the water from the irrigation system and shut it down for the winter. John and his crew were wonderful, and I would highly recommend them for anything. We will definitely be using them for stage two of the project when we can get the financing arranged.

John was very responsive, really listened to what I said, and made sure the end result was exactly what I wanted. It was a great experience.
