Very well. Lori is a go-getter. She was very fast and efficient and explained processes well.Though her company did not offer the type of mortgage we wanted, we would definitely use her in the future.

Lori was recommended to us by our restate broker. Once our information was past to her she worked with us on starting the pre approval paperwork. She was very knowledge about the income caps and what was needed to be pre approved for a USDA loan. After sending her all our paper work she quickly got us pre approved. She has kept in touch with us to make sure we know the changes to a few grants we have looked at as well as information about the loans that have changed.

When the interest rates dropped, Lori sent me an a email to let me know I should look in to refinancing my home loan. At the time I was in the middle of refinancing with my current bank. Lori offered to send me some quote regardless just to make sure I was getting a good rate with my current lender. Guild Mortgage rates were actually better that what my bank offered but I was getting a no cost closing so I decided to stay with my current lender. Going forward I know who I would reach out to for any future loans... Lori. She has always been on top of the market and is willing to send you as many quotes as you need for all the options that pertain to your loan. I trust that Lori will always be honest with me and search for the best loans out there.

It went terrible. I had previously tried to refi my house with a VA loan that fell through because my home didn't appraise for a high enough value. So Lori said she had a bank that would actually refund some money back to me as long as I would take a quarter point higher interest rate. I agreed to it and we went forward. I paid $500 for a home inspection. Things kept dragging on. I need new pay stubs every 2 weeks and bank statements, and various updates to the bank. After 7 months of this the bank decided that the value on my house of about $700 dollars too short on the appraised value so I would have to redo the loan but for another quarter point higher on my the interest rate. Oh, and the money I was promised in order to take that higher nterest rate? It was only available if my home appraised for the right value and I was $700 short even though that was never mentioned when I first applied for the loan. And it took 7 months to find out I was being lied to. Do yourself a favor and avoid this woman.

She handled the entire transaction promptly and professionally. She was patient and answered any questions I had throughout the process. I would recommend Lori to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a new home.

She was always helpful and patient with answering all of my questions while helping me understand what was going on. When we first met her, she came to our apartment on a Saturday for the opening paperwork. That was very nice of her. She was 45 minutes or so late to this meeting, but it wasn't a big deal since it was our home. She also found us a loan with a very good interest rate. The only issue that I had was that my emails to her kept going in her junk folder, so she never got them until we realized what was happening. I'd never had this happen with anyone else before, so it was pretty unexpected. Once she added me to her list of contacts, we had no more issues with this. She was friendly and also professional. We were able to take care of all business after the initial meeting through email and the phone. We printed out, filled out, scanned and emailed back all appropriate forms. Of course, I still had to show up at the escrow office to sign the closing paperwork.

She one thing that she did that nobody else did was getting our credit score increased so we could get the loan through. They did a rapid rescore and got everything squared away so we could buy the house. I would absolutely recommend her. I am going to go back to her in the future. I was real impressed.

Lori was very patient and articulate, and was especially good at explaining some of the Byzantine details that accompany the unusual type of loan that I was looking for. The bank representative that she referred me to was also quite helpful. Mortgages are complicated loans, and many brokers aren't particularly motivated to help customers understand the tricky details. Lori made that effort, following through on phone conversations, and providing helpful referrals.

Lori arranged better financing than my current lender was able to offer me for the refinance of my condo. Lori walked me through all the options I had for the refi, and patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She was also fast and efficient moving my application through the process. Lori was available by phone/email whenever I tried to reach her, even during the Christmas/New Year holiday weeks.

My husband and her could never get on the phone to talk. We called when she mentioned would be a good time for her and she was very dismissive on the phone. She seemed to put us on the back burner since she was busy with other clients and could not get information from her. She would call during my husband business hours while he was with patients. We never got the home refinanced with them, we found someone else to use.

They were great to deal with. They were very helpful and responsive. I was able to get a hold of Mile through email, phone and fax. He was personable and always watching my back to make sure I was getting the lowest rate possible. I was very happy with the outcome. I even tried to call him back to see if he could help with my house in Las Vegas but he unfortunately is not licensed here.

She has been very responsive and supportive. It has not been the easiest process for me but she has really gone above and beyond. She is quick to respond to me, I can get a hold of her through phone, email, etc. She has even come out to my home which was really appreciated and she was very warm and friendly. I feel I am in good hands with her and I would recommend her to others.

We made several calls to Lori and she always seemed up beat. She was polite and very responsive to my calls and emails. Her advice was helpful to me.

Lori went well beyond what I would have expected from a mortgage broker. She did a lot of work and then advised me to go to a different broker who offered a better interest rate.
