I WOULD SAY THEY WERE GOOD. I WOULDN'T SAY VERY GOOD, BUT I WOULD SAY GOOD. I THINK THAT THE PEOPLE THERE WEREN'T TERRIBLY ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT HELPING ME. THEY WERE GOOD AT THEIR JOB, BUT THEY DIDN'T SEEM ENTHUSIASTIC OVER THE PHONE, OR IN PERSON.

POLITE AND FRIENDLY SERVICE; APPEARED TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE; REPAIR TOOK 1 WEEK (SEEMED LONG); COMPUTER DID NOT LAST LONG AFTERWARDS--HARD TO KNOW IF POOR REPAIR OR TIRED COMPUTER.

I HAVE TAKEN MY COMPUTER IN TO POWER MAC PAC SEVERAL TIMES, AND FOR THE MOST PART HAVE BEEN PLEASED. MOST TECHNICIANS ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL AND OFTEN EXTEND FOLLOW-UP CARE OVER THE PHONE.
