Portland Discount Furniture and Bedding

On January 10th I Placed an in-person order for two complete queen bedroom sets (2 box springs/mattresses 1 dresser/mirror, 1chest of drawers and 2 night stands) at the company's showroom in the Pearl. I Made Payment in full to owner, Jordan Billlyeau before leaving. No communication unless I initiated it-which I did. Multiple different excuses were made for order not arriving--eventually excuses became related to ice storm on west coast. February 5th I called & learned furniture had arrived & delivery would be made late evening on Feb 12th. Jordan arrived @ 9:15pm & left a few minute before midnight after installing the furniture. At that point, I also learned 2 pieces of furniture had been damaged in transit & were not delivered. Jordan assured replacements would be ordered immediately next morning. As of today March 11th, still no furniture to replace damaged pieces that were never delivered. Last week I emailed Jordan again and have also left voice messages with no response.
