PETRINA CONSTRUCTION INC

It is difficult to do a remodel during a global pandemic but Petrina worked hard to help us stay in our home and be as safe as possible during this time. The design they came up with for our kitchen is so much more functional than the space we have been cooking in for 18 years AND it is absolutely gorgeous. Life changing work!

Most positive experience i have ever had from estimate to completion. Completely ORGANIZED - weekly meetings - paid in installments - we were sent out to select components as needed - regular contact with owner and job supervisor. Extremely competent and upbeat personnel - absolutely 100% available to address concerns and explain choices. Entire job structured from week to week - we moved in exactly as planned. Small followups with minor concerns - new components with failed parts, etc. VERY PROMPT. Very little left to finish - - some mortar on laundry room tile - new heating unit didn't work in master suite.. All of the subcontractors involved throughout the project and minor followups were all prompt courteous and very capable.
I had been thru other remodeling experiences including a new kitchen -my experience with Petrina Construction was very different. They really are responsive, capable and there is no suffering! Having a job supervisor on the site seems a stroke of genius after other experiences i have had with other companies. Our job supervisor kept the subcontractors coming and going and the whole project went like clockwork. I had to do no nagging and the project did get finished on time. It is GORGEOUS!

We are just finishing final details of a 4-5 month project. We have found Joe Petrina to be very competent, experienced, passionate and true to his word. All charges have been clearly spelled out in our contract and on change orders. His subs have been excellent craftsmen, and we have successfully worked out small issues along the way.
After a negative experience with Neil Kelly Co. on the first phase of our remodel, it is nice to report that we had a positive experience with a quality contractor this time around.

Excellent product, very responsive to any concerns. Esp. loved working with Jeffery - but the rest of the workers we exceptional as well. Great job with problem solving, structural work, noticing things that might be wrong/right and doing what needed to be done to improve it. Stayed on top of subs and go the job done before expected.
