Excellent. Great communication from start to finish. The staff at Pete's made sure we were clear on process, safety considerations and expected outcomes, which was great. On the day of, Pete's guy was considerate, efficient and kept things neat and clean. The process was effective and continues to be over 1 year after application. Will work with Pete's every time.

We have used Pete's Pest Control since "2008" on a few of our Portland homes. We were happy and pleased with the service initially. Over the years their service has gone downhill and not the quality service that it once was. Ronda (Pete's wife) Director of Operations answering the phone has been quite short and rude the last couple of years, it's almost like she's overwhelmed, overworked and just flat stressed out. Take note of any less than perfect review on any and all platforms that Pete always turns any negativity on his part on the customer instead of accepting any wrongdoing whatsoever. Pete in these last few years does not seem to be too involved in his business like he once was and when I have spoken with him he's short, moody, rude, and abrasive. When it comes to pest control we all have choices and I certainly would not recommend Pete's Pest Control. BEWARE!

Professional, clean and effective. Cost is a little higher but 100% effective with minimum disruption and peace of mind regarding the chemicals used. Completely destroyed the ant infestation. Will use again if they come back next year. Thanks Pete's!

Everything went well. I called on a Monday and they were able to come out on the next Thursday to take care of the problem. They offered a senior discount and added that, should the wasps return within the next 6 months, they would come back to spray at no charge.

He arrived game me more info that I was ready for, explained how his product worked. Then I showed him were the problem was and he explained where else he should get and did it.

Completely got rid of all the ants in one trip - which all of the other companies said were not possible. All other companies wanted to sign me up for a monthly maintenance fee.

This is my second time using him. Both times he has been very punctual,very professional, explained what he will do, quickly gets it done, and then reviews what he put down after he's done. This is one person I call when I have a pest problem. And I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of service to put him at the top of the list!

Pete's was very responsive from the time of initial contact, easy to schedule an appointment, lots of information provided on how to prepare for the service. We just had it done today, so will see the results (as in absence of ants) but they will repeat the service at no charge if the ants come back in 30 days (and for a two months after that).

We would highly recommend their service. They charge by square footage. They were very responsive and persistent. Our neighbor highly recommended them and we choose them because they used chemicals that were safe which better for us because we have a dog.

Getting the estimate was very fast and detailed. The price was competitive. He showed up right on time and explained the service. He found the nest of carpenter ants. The entire service took about one hour. He fully explained what to expect in the coming works and guaranteed his work for a full year. It was a pleasant, no hassle experience and I would highly recommend Pete's to anyone looking for pest control services.

It was fantastic. They were very professional. Everything was described in full detail. He guaranteed 3 months but it has been 9 months now and no problems. It was extremely effective.
