Pepsil Concrete came in the same day and game me a really good quote, the owner is
very personable and did the work in a couple of days. Not only he fixed the problem
with my sidewalk but he also fixed another area for us. He did good work at a great price.

I had to insist they not pour while the temperature was in the 90s as I know concrete will not cure properly when it is that hot. He wanted to pour any way. I requested a smooth finish as I wanted to walk to my hot tub. I received exposed aggregate finish and it was too late to fix it. This is very unpleasant to walk on.
Despite being shown where the power was and it being obvious, I was called at work because they could not find the power.
They left a mess despite promises at contract signing that things would be left neat and clean. Mess was both poor clean-up of old concrete and personal trash.
Despite repeated requests, I was never given a paid in full receipt.
I do not like the owner's attitude and I would never want to have him do another project. I would advise my friends never to use this company.

"The client wrote that she requested a smooth finish pour, yet the contract clearly states that the pour will be an exposed aggregate finish. The contract was signed by both the client and myself, the contractor There was a detailed clean up done at the end and a final payment was being issued to the company after she was satisfied with everything."

It was great. They came to my home and gave us an estimate and that is what we paid. They were really nice, worked really fast, and the work turned out really well.

Pavers unevenly spaced. Inconsistent concrete finish. Water pools & doesn't run to drain. Two pavers out of pattern. Concrete slag left in joints. Holes in mortar. Equipment was dragged over unset concrete leaving permanent indentations. Crew did not clean up; left garbage on property; when asked to remove, over-filled homeowners garbage can. Workers left concrete handprints on homeowner's window and US flag; gray concrete water splattered all over house. Equipment left black marks on side of house. Water spigot was broken x2; homeowner without water all day awaiting repair. Several bedding plants damaged. Without permission workers disconnected homeowner's stereo speaker in garage to hook up own boom box. These issues were taken to the OR Construction Contractors Board for resolution assist; results: two sections of drive were repoured, 2 bricks reset, additional clean up done, fee adjusted. Note: if no aesthetics in contract, drive only has to be functional!
