Pat Rivera Construction

Pat was great. He arrived every day promptly at 8 a.m. He worked quickly and efficiently and did a beautiful job. He tested for moisture, moved a refrigerator out and back in, took up a toilet and vanity, and put them back in perfectly. He was friendly, intelligent, and hard- working. I was very happy.

When I called for an estimate, he came out right away. We set up a date for him to install the vinyl and he was very dependable and always cleaned up area when finished. He and his helper did an excellent job.

It went well. He did what he said he would do even fixing some problems I had prior to his coming. He always called and if delayed he made sure to let me know. He was delayed by Paulson's Carpet when he went to pick up the flooring due to some confusion at their warehouse. Pat called and I knew exactly when he would be here. He worked hard and cleaned up after himself each day. I appreciated that attention to detail.

Mr. Pat Rivera appeared to do a good job, was neat, punctual and very easy to work with and have in my home. I would definitely hire Mr. Rivera again, but not if he were associated with Macadam Flooring.

Actually, since I originally did this report I found some errors. He had used actual masking tape on my newly painted vanity -- by pulling it off it ruined the paint and that had to be redone. He claimed he didn't do it -- that was possible as several workmen had been in the same area.

LATER - I found the EXACT SAME problem in the kitchen. ONLY HE HAD worked in laying the tile in the kitchen. He used the EXACT same masking tape (not painter's tape) on my door. By pulling it off - it ruined the pain. He was the ONLY PERSON who could have done it.

By lying to me -- he added insult to injury. That seems to be a pattern about a few things when I look back.
