Paramount Pest Control

Sugar ants had invaded my home. I called and explained the problem and a tech. called me back. He recommended a treatment which I picked up at their office. I've also used them in the past to treat for carpenter ants; they did a great job and got rid of the pests.

Paramount set traps in my attic to catch squirrels and they agreed to do the exclusion work at the end to keep my squirrel problem from re-occurring. It took a few weeks for traps to become available, but they were finally set and caught two over the course of a month. Traps were left in place for weeks and i didn't hear from the company. I also didn't hear anymore squirrels so finally, I called to have them removed and to do the exclusion work. It turns out that they tech wasn't able to get to the entrance holes from inside the attic and she wasn't prepared to do repairs from the outside. In fact, she was only prepared to place some kind of foam product in the holes which seemed insufficient to me. Apparently, I should have clarified what was meant by exclusion but I made the assumption that it meant repairing the squirrels entrances to prevent them from coming back in. About 3 days after the traps were removed, squirrels were back at work in my attic and I'm scrambling to get a contractor our here to do the work the way it should be done. I've wasted $250 on this company and wouldn't recommend them again.

I called around and others told me I had to waite 2 week for an appt.  Paramount came out same day.  Fantastic.  I wasn't put on hold and the persone who answered the phone was able to help me.  A++ on customer service.

They did a good followup. They were prompt in calling up and set up an appointment. They seemed really knowledgeable about the reason for my call. They seemed to be reasonably priced too. They weren?t cheap or expensive but they were right in the middle price wise. They were very cordial and professional. They weren?t bad. They were the kind of guys who were hired for trapping skunks. If you are an owner and you have a large problem, then you want the person to be professional. I would use their services in the future too.

Very well, they are currently under contract with me for my commercial building and do preventative treatments once a month through the warmer months of the year.

The service was a bargain at most any price and I did not "shop around" so do not know whether the price was competitive--didn't really care. When getting new windows we discovered a south-facing wall that was filled with hundreds/thousands of carpenter ants--looked like a child's ant farm that was not behind glass. That wall was totally removed. Bill came within a couple hours and eliminated the problem before the new wall was installed. Time was definitely of the essence.

WE HAD A MAJOR FLEE, AND SILVERFISH PROBLEM WE HAD DONE SOME AT THE HOME REMEDIES BOMBS, ETC AND WE COULD NOT GET RID OF THEM. THE EXTERMINATING GOT RID OF THEM FOR GOOD.

WE WERE GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATING WITH OUR ANT PROBLEM BECAUSE THE LOT NEXT TO US HAD A LOT OF GARBAGE IN IT. WE FINALLY CALLED IN EXTERMINATORS TO TAKE CARE OF IT AND THEY SPRAYED AROUND OUR HOUSE AS WELL.

THE TECH AT PARAMOUNT PEST CONTROL WAS ABLE TO FIND THE NEST OF THE ANTS THAT HAD BEEN TERRORIZING US RIGHT AWAY. THEY SPRAYED THE NEST AND AROUND THE AREA AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.

WE HAD TRIED IN THE PAST TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM OURSELVES, BUT WE DIDN'T HAVE MUCH LUCK. PARAMOUNT PEST CAME OUT AND KNEW RIGHT WHERE TO LOOK TO FIND THE MAIN NEST THAT WAS CONTINUALLY SENDING OUT ANTS TO BOTHER US. AFTER THEY ERADICATED THE NEST, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS.
