"Thank You for your feedback I am truly sorry you are unhappy. Regardless of your negative review, I have been available every step of the process. I have also asked that you get a independent inspector to a**** our work, and stated we are 100% confident that inspection would pass with flying colors. If for some reason the inspection stated there was an installation issue (which we do not expect) we would address and take care of. Happily. Regarding your hole in Sheetrock you claim we caused, I also conveyed how you could easily see how that damage was not created by us, simply not possible, and was there prior to our installation. I attempted to call and speak with you multiple times, but you would not answer call, so to say I haven’t responded is incorrect, and misleading. My goal is, and always has been 110% customer satisfaction and reviews here and elsewhere reflect that over many years. That has not changed. I ask you please have an independent inspector look at our install, and I am confident once that is done, you will find we provided a top notch, quality installation. We take pride in our craft, we value or customers investment and take every measure to ensure your investment is taken seriously. I fully expect you to enjoy your new carpet for many years to come, and I am truly sorry you feel your experience was not as you envisioned. Dave responds to phone calls and questions in a professional and timely manner. He lets us know what to expect, when to expect it and
makes sure the whole process is easy as possible. His staff is on time, courteous, respectful and very hard working. The respect your property and clean up after the job is done.
Dave is the first and only person we call for our flooring needs.
There was a minor mixup on the billing - he overcharged us for the first part of the job, but fixed it as soon as I pointed out the mistake with the comment "Sorry, I had about 15 jobs I was collecting on, and just went with my quick notes i had."
"Hi, Thank You for your review. I am sorry you felt I was intense during our conversation regarding your crawl hole space not wanting to sit back in place after another trade removed it. You were obviously upset, and I simply wanted to explain that there was nothing we could have done to create the issue, and the reason we would normally charge is simply because it was not an issue we created, but I do apologize if I upset you, and I hope our coming back out at no charge was appreciated to show we will do whats needed to try to satisfy our customers. I did have the guys comenback out to see if there was anything we could do to help to no avail, and I hope you were able to resolve the situation. My only guess is humidity had expanded the wood in that space, preventing the crawl hole cover from reseating, but after cutting carpet back per your request, we still have no idea? We definately did not rush the job, and returned one time to put carpet in the vanity area so that you did not have to live with a bare floor, and to make sure you were happy, and comfortable in that space while waiting to redo the floors in that space. You have a full 4 year warranty, should any installation issue arise, and that covers any bubbling of materials or seam separation, neither of which has ever happened, but the warranty is there for your peace of mind! Again, I apologize for any miscommunication, or misunderstanding regarding how you percieved our conversation, I pride myself on customer satisfaction, and quality customer service, so I will learn from this and ensure my customers never have that perception of me.
