Nick the Plummer had to delay coming by one day and his wife Anna called and communicated with us about it. We were not having an emergency so it was not a big deal. The next day he arrived on time and got right to work. Nick proceeded to get in the crawl space and thoroughly inspect the area. Great news: no leak! He also checked the elderly neighbors ice machine that was not working and resolved the problem. He charged us a minimal fee since he did not need to repair anything. I have also used them in the past for a water heater replacement. That was an emergency and he showed up right away for that one. Pacific crest plumbing really has the kind of old fashioned service I expect. I highly recommend them!

Nick had done some work for us about 5 years ago and we were pleased with the outcome. We looked him up, called him and he came out the next day to look at the problem and give an estimate. We had complete trust in his abilities and integrity so had him do the work. We have water again (!) and are very pleased with the results as it was all completed in one day; we know that he stands behind his work and we will use his services again if we need them.

Nick from Pacific Crest Plumbing arrived in the time window we arranged. His first task was to put down protective mats to avoid floor scuffs and dirt on the carpet. Then he got to work on the new toilet flange, which proved more difficult than expected. The previous plumbers had made a real mess of it. Instead of this being a simple flange replacement, the job required rebuilding a portion of the floor underneath the toilet. After framing up the hole under the sub-floor, Nick replaced the old leaky flange with a new, rock-solid one. The new toilet went in smoothly, without needing to patch the bathroom floor. After the toilet installation, Nick got to work on the kitchen sink. He installed a new faucet, flushed the lines, then replaced the trap and clean-out under the basin. Again, he had to work around the mistakes of the previous plumbers and improve the under-sink situation. We have a working toilet, kitchen faucet and sink, and dishwasher now! It's not to often you find a craftsman that is honest, looks out for your interests, really knows his stuff and wants to get you what you need to do the job, but not over price/over work the job for their own profit. Nick at Pacific Crest Plumbing is that kind of craftsman. He listened to what I had to say, thought about what I needed and then took the time to educate and explain what he was suggesting for the job and why he thought it was a good idea. He was personable and professional and did a great job. The folks at Pacific Crest Plumbing seemed more interested in doing a good job and building a long term relationship then anything else and for me, that's the best kind of craftsmen around. I couldn't be happier with the job they did.

Nick came out and was great. We had two leaky faucets that were old and ready to be replaced. He came out and knocked them out quickly and we are so happy with our new faucets! We are bummed we waited so long and didn't do this sooner! Good company, nice people, and definitely will use them in the future.

He gave us some really great advice about how to deal with the leak as well as how to address this problem on a home inspection. He was kind enough to donate his time and knowledge to us at a time where we desperately needed it. We would definitely call him anytime that we have any plumbing needs.

Nick was very responsive over the phone and text message leading up to our appointment. He came and cut a small opening into our wall to investigate the leak. He was very clean and used a mat on the floor, covered our furniture with plastic, and used a vacuum to catch any dust. He communicated the problems in an easy to understand way and fixed the places that were causing leaks. I would definitely recommend him to a friend!

Nick is a total professional. He listens well, does not pressure, gives options when possible. Work was completed in less than 2 days. A bit of a hassle getting the city inspector to schedule but otherwise fine. One detail (bathtub spigot fixture) needed to be changed and was completed a month later when the part came in. That was not a problem. This company does not do tiling, dry wall, etc., but they hooked me up with a reliable person to do that small job. I trust this Pacific Crest Plumbing!

Nick did an excellent job! He did great work, and very quickly! From the first time I talked to him I immediately felt that he was trustworthy, and I was not wrong. Nick is very honest, communicative, respectful, punctual and he is great at what he does. Nick did everything that I hired him to do, and he even fixed a few things that I didn't even ask for because he didn't feel right about leaving them in the poor condition that the previous plumber had left them in. I am extremely happy with the service that Nick provided and I would recommend him to anyone that I know!

Nick has done great work for us before so when we broke a snake trying to unclog a shower drain, we called him to come clean up our mess. Before the appointment, he called and went over anticipated price. He talked me through the work, and let me know when he discovered that the problem was more involved than he originally thought. The fix required him to cut into the ceiling in a room below the upstairs bathroom, but he was as conservative as possible with the cutting. He cleaned up everything when the work was done and he was friendly to boot! Other work that he has done for us in the past: * Replaced our water heater * Re-routed some lines in our basement (which meant we didn't have to jack hammer up our basement floor to find and fix a leak) Look, nobody likes shelling out money for home repairs, but if I have to do it, I don't want to be worrying about whether or not I can trust the person doing the work. I trust Nick. I hope I don't have to see him again anytime soon, of course :-)

Pacific Crest Plumbing is my first call for our plumbing needs and has been for nearly 25 years. Nick Deleganes is knowledgeable, professional and always fair. Recently, we noticed that something was leaking from an upstairs bathroom and water had broken through the sheetrock into our entryway closet. What a mess! Nick came out the next day, diagnosed the problem in about two minutes, fixed it and was out the door before we knew it. It is always a pleasure doing business with Nick. The next time we have a plumbing problem, we’ll call Pacific Crest Plumbing!

We needed some plumbing moved at the beginning of our kitchen remodel and Nick completed the work perfectly in a very tight time window. He gave us an honest range of options and costs for the work we needed done, and he completed the work on time. We called him back to install our dishwasher and finish hooking up the sink, etc. and he did this work in the same timely and professional way he did the first part. I'll never call another plumber, I can't recommend Pacific Crest enough.

I had contacted Pacific Crest Plumbing (Nick) this last winter over leaks with my hose bibs. I had gotten them tightened down for winter but during normal use they leaked and had backup leaks. He recommended waiting until spring to address the issue because it could turn into a bigger job if a pipe broke and that would not be good in the winter if I could avoid it. I knew right then that I had an honest provider. Spring arrived and I called Nick. He came out the next week. He fully explained potential problems and so we addressed the worst bib first (successfully), so I rolled the dice on the second and he got that one changed as well. (One faucet was original 1960s and galvanized; the other was mid 70s and on copper pipe). Replacing both was $285 - including materials cost. Nick and hist helper were prompt and professional and communicated clearly the issues so that I knew what I was getting into. It was obvious he cared about doing a good job and forming a good relationship. I would definitely call him again, and recommend him without reservation to anyone else.

Pacific Crest is great, I've used them several times over the years when I've had plumbing trouble. Our house was built in the 1950s with original piping throughout; Nick was very knowledgable of the problems with this type of piping and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem I was having with a leaky basement pipe. In addition to that, they have always been very responsive with setting appointments, and have always been on time (this last visit they were even early). I've recommended them to multiple friends, and I will continue to use them in the future for any plumbing issues. Overall I'm very happy with the work they've done.

Great! Nick was so helpful, professional, and fast. We were concerned that there was a larger problem going on with some water leaking into our basement—Nick gave me a few things to I could check myself to rule stuff out and then when he came over, he diagnosed the problem in about 4 minutes! When we eventually need to replumb the house and rough in a new bathroom, we're definitely calling Nick and Pacific Crest.

Went well- all systems are working GREAT now!!! This company is above and beyond- On Friday evening ( before Easter weekend), I sent a text to them, as I had forgotten how to turn on the shower- expecting they would call back the following Monday or Tuesday.... THEY CALLED RIGHT BACK !! and explained how to turn the shower on- success !! Love their service !!!

Pacific Crest was great! Everyone I spoke with was really pleasant and polite. Nick was able to quote the repair via text message with a couple of images attached (even though he says he's not great at technology). The repair was then scheduled and performed quickly. Nick also communicated really well, both on the phone and in person, so I never had to wonder what the status was. If we need more work done, we'll definitely look at Pacific Crest again as a first stop.

on time- found other problems below the sink that had to be addressed and repaired/replaced new faucet - handes work great now- no drips and I have now great hot water pressure( which I did not have before) always does great work - I have used this company before and will use them in the future

When I called for a bid they were out very quickly and Nick did a great job of explaining what would happen. Although their price was not the lowest (which I don’t usually take anyway) they were very timely with the bid and answering questions. Once the work started they were on time and very neat, always covering areas and cleaning up each night. Each day explanations were given as to what to expect the next day. In spite of some delay that was my fault they were always right there and finished in the time they stated. The communication of both Nick and Anna made the job go very smoothly. It was a pleasure to work with Nick, and Anna and Alex. One of the reasons I chose Pacific Crest was Nick's attention to detail. He said that he would be doing most of the work and always on site. He did have a helper. He outlined how he would proceed with the job, gave me an accurate timeline and a start date within 10 days of my acceptance of the bid. He also kept his word about clean up and was proactive, providing excellent clean up as the job was accomplished and at the end of each day. I was not available for inspection but Nick was there and sent pictures of the final work that was completed. There was a misunderstanding of the bill at the end as he had included the Angie's List discount in the bid but did not show it. I assumed it was less the coupon discount. After the completion when I wrote a check for less the coupon, he told me the discount had been included. I should have checked this before I accepted the bid. Nick said he would show this on future bids. His bid was still the best one I got for the job.
