OXI FRESH CARPET CLEANING

The person arrived right on time and it took him a couple hours to clean. He was courteous and professional. The carpets looked good, they smelled good. It took much longer to dry than expected. The couch was dry the next day and I vacuumed it. It looked great. The carpets looked great, but were wet. We turned the furnace to 75 for the day prior to our guests arrival. They were still wet enough to make socks wet the morning of their arrival. Our guests arrived and we managed to stay in a differnt room and leave for the evening, allowing one more today. The next morning they were dry enough to vacuum, the furniture was moved back, and the carpets were beautiful and the house smelled clean.

We think we paid them right around a $100 for their services.  We loved the service.  They were very nice but we didn’t really like the cleaning.  It wouldn’t be a good company for people that may have kids or pets.  It looks like a film a little bit on the carpet and we didn’t really particularly care about how clean our carpets became.  We really actually didn’t notice the difference.  We didn’t like the actual turn out of it.  Their price was excellent.  They were very thorough but it just didn’t clean very well.  We will not use their services again in the future.

Our carpets look great after they cleaned them! Stains that I have tried to get out for a long time came out. The carpets took longer to dry than they said it would, but that could have been due to the cold weather/time of year.

They were prompt, on time, and easy to schedule. I would not recommend the service if you are looking for quality and long term results, because they do a different process then steam cleaning.
