Owens Inspection Service

Showed up on time.  Very thorough, very detail oriented.  Allowed us to make a good decision, and bargin appropriately, for expected repairs from the seller.  And he remembered to take his shoes off when he came in our house.

We really liked working with Bill Owens. He was on time for our appointment, and took his time to go through the house and then go over his findings with us in detail. He never made us feel rushed, and in fact, waited patiently for my husband who was late to arrive. He was thorough, professional, friendly, matter-of-fact, and I have a great deal of confidence in his inspection, report, and recommendations.

Bill was very professional, clear, on time and very helpful in our house buying experience. Out of all the people involved (realtors, mortgage people, etc.) he stood out as the most impressive in the group. I hope we don't have to sell this place anytime soon, but if we do, we'll use Bill again.

Mr. Owens met me at the house, walked through the inspection, answered questions carefully and thoughtfully, gave me a thoughtful appraisal, provided a written report with clear photographs within 24 hours and was courteous and personable - not always a quality I have found in inspectors. I highly recommend him - he also performed the inspection on the house I previously owned for the buyers, that I found honest, painstaking and accurate.

On time, did exactly what he said he would do, and has been available for continued questions since the three weeks that he has inspected the house.
