Oregon Chem-Dry

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The owner Mike is uncommunicative, lacks respect, and is overall inconsiderate and will only believe his employees without even entertaining the customers side of things. Plus, they charge $450 to "clean" your tile flooring!! That's outrageous. They also make you pay prior to the work being done. We hired Oregon Chem Dry to clean and seal our kitchen tile flooring. We have two dogs and a toddler so our floors have been well loved, but are in great condition otherwise. At least that is how we left the flooring when my daughter and I left for the day so they could clean. What we came back to was completely different. I received a phone call from the technician once they were done saying that they would not recommend going forward with the sealing because PART of our grout had lifted in some areas. Thinking it would be a small portion of our flooring, since that is what was described to me by the technician, I wasn't too upset about it when I got off the phone. What I came home to was a completely difference scene than she had described. Our grout had lifted and chipped in over 50% of our kitchen/dining room (250sqft) and the floors were hardly cleaned. I called to request a refund in full right away and was told I would get a call back from the owner by the end of the next business day. That call back did not happen so I continued to call and call and call until I finally got ahold of him the day before Christmas Eve. Seeing as how we were going into a Holiday weekend I was even more frustrated because they have to send someone out to "evaluate" the situation before considering a refund. The evaluation happened and even the manager agreed with me that they should have stopped to call me the moment they saw even the smallest bit of grout lift. Instead, they waited until they were done to call me and tell me what happened. When I FINALLY got ahold of the owner again, a week after the evaluation, he was incredibly cold and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. He lied and said that his technician called me twice before finishing to tell me that the grout had lifted - I only have 2 phone calls from her, 1 for when she was on her way, and the other to tell me that they finished and the grout had lifted. He then lied and tell me that I told his technician to continue working on cleaning the flooring after one of the supposed phone calls we when she states she told me it was "starting to lift". In no world would I say to keep working if my grout was "starting to lift" when she called. He refused even a partial refund and did not apologize for the work done or lack of communication on his part. I will NEVER recommend this company.

The tech was very nice and said that the solution he used on the stains would lighten when the carpet dried. The next day they were still there. The solution that Chem Dry used made worse and larger stains on my carpet. The tech came out again and said he fixed it, but the stains remained. I called the company multiple times with no response. Finally, I spoke with the owner who told me the stains were there already and that they didn't create them. I would not use this company again.

It went ok, I used a smaller carpet cleaner company that did ALOT better and fixed my carpet that was coming up.

I would not use them again because they seemed more interested in selling me more stuff than cleaning my carpeting. I had to pay a lot more than the original coupon was for to get the work done.

I love them.  I love their product and it does a great job of my carpet.  They’re always professional.  They come right away and it’s convenient.  I’ve recommended them to my friends and I’ve recommended them to my family in other states as well.  I just love their product and their work.  I will use their services again in the future.

The staff are very pleasant, positive, and helpful and deserve an "A." In terms of cleanliness, they would probably be rated a "B."

The carpet looks great and we wondered why it took us so long! We're busy working people with three pets. ChemDry made it easy for us.
