If you're looking for the lowest price, John is not your man. If you're looking for the best job possible, hire John. Taking into account the quality and other factors (read on), John provides an excellent value. He's great to work with, incredibly considerate, an exceptional problem solver, has really good ideas and offers his thoughtful advice. He's a very hard worker and focuses intently on the job, but is always receptive to input and questions. This is the fourth tile job he's done for me. All have been great experiences, and all have exceeded my (progressively higher) expectations. He did not "job hop" with any of them; in so far as possible, he does one job at a time.

John Dirk Bauchrowitz is the owner of the company, and he is a tile and stone craftsman. What so impressed me about this man was that he had a good team. He did very good work in terms of laying stones and tiles. If he were running 10 minutes late, he would be on the phone with me, much to my surprise - I?ve never had a workman do that for me. I thought that his charges were very fair. He was recommended by the tile supply people. They kind of gave me his name under the counter because they couldn?t be advertising a certain provider. We even had a misunderstanding. He ordered wrong-sized tiles which he ended up eating the cost for and then reordered the right-sized tiles. He was very nice and very professional. I would rate him highly.

THIS GUY IS A TRUE CRAFTSMAN. THE NAME OLD WORLD STONE FITS! HE IS A PERFECTIONIST, AND HIS 2 HELPERS ARE GOOD TOO. QUALITY WORK, AND METICULOUS CLEAN-UP. IT COMES AT A PRICE, BUT IT IS WORTH IT.
