Jet was very professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew what to expect. They showed up on time, and did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were done. The tub looks awesome!

This may well be the most efficient and responsive company we've ever dealt with. The response to my initial inquiry was immediate and all future communications were equally prompt. The ease of describing the problem with our existing shower door and their suggested solution was handled with ease. We communicated via emails in an extremely effective manner. This company delivers what it promises! We would not hesitate to use them again.

The scheduler told me she'd call me back within the next week to set up a time, which she did. The tech showed up on time and fixed both issues perfectly. I wouldn't even be able to tell where the chips were before. Great work.

Carlos completed the work less than two weeks ago. We had some gliches at no fault of the contractor, death in his family then he got the flu but he finished the job very nicely. Cleaned up and I would highly recommend the gentleman. Answered every question we had and he worked with the customer. Very nice young man.

This was the second time we used the provider. Both experiences were great. They did what they said they would do, their price was reasonable, and the tub ended up looking beautiful.

This involved breaking down the old tub, building a shower surround, installing sliding shower doors and retiling the lower half with matching tiles in order to save the original tiles. They also had to repair floor and door trim that were damaged from the removal of the tub (not their fault).
They did a great job. They are very professional and look for the most cost-effective way to do a project.
I am very happy with their work and pricing.

The Bathcrest technician removed the damaged area and filled and smoothed the surface and made an exact match to the surrounding service. The tech showed up on time and did a first-rate job. We have many tubs here of similar vintage (about 10 years after installation). Bathcrest has repaired some in the past and we will call Bathcrest if others fail in the future.

I had an excellent experience. I had some trouble with black appearing on the floor but I was able to buy their cleaner, and it cleaned it up . . .looks like new!

They did the job as scheduled and cleaned up after the job was finished. There was one spot that we noticed after they left that was not evenly covered. He returned and touched up the spot. The tub looks great but we do not use it.

Bathtub was old and had already been refinished twice. The new surface is nice and smooth. The only problem is around the drain where the finish appears to be peeling away from the metal. Tub was a long one - too expensive to replace and too hard to find that length. It is a length that lets tall people leisurely soak, so we didn't want to replace it. The provider employee was very nice, and worked hard to make it a good finish.

I remember being very impressed with how quickly they did the job, and also very impressed with the price. They were recommended to me by my realtor, and they made the tub look brand new. They did a really good job. The tub is brilliant and it still looks brand new. I think the finish is supposed to last about 10 years, but I am honestly thinking about having them come and refinish the tub again in a few years. It was like waving a magic wand and I can't think of any reason I would ever buy a new tub again. They worker was polite, professional, knew what he was doing; he actually even took the time to explain exactly what he was doing with as much detail as I asked him to.

It went perfectly fine and Bathcrest of Portland is very nice. I'm sure their price was great or else our remodeler that we were using at the time wouldn't have gone with the company or used them! Even though it has been several years, the bathtub still looks like they just did the work yesterday. Also, when I order my bathmats they are always very professional.
