I've heard they do good work on the car. I wouldn't know because I walked away from Will in disgust. He is a liar.
I bought a $99 Groupon back in Nov that had a $239.99 value. I visited the business to see what additional services they offer. Will gave me some story of needing business and urging me to upgrade to a Platinum service becasue he'd just bought the business from the previous owner. My car needed the work and I agreed. He said I'd have to pay the $120 difference between the services promised in the Groupon and the upgraded one. Fair enough.
Today I called, confirmed the same and rove my car over on the way to the airport. Will proceeds to tell me he will give me the cash value of the Groupon and now I have to pay $200. He even tried to sell me some BS about Groupon misprinting what the offer included and how he couldn't honor it. When I stuck to my guns he figured that wouldn't fly.I told him I'd like to give him my business and would happily pay the additional $120 and some more if he was willing to meet me half way. He went into this illogical tirade about how a Groupon is to only get people in to see all the services they offer and sign them up for new ones. What a load of crap. And, a frank admission of baiting and switching.
The slimeball starts telling me all the great things he can do for my car. I've detailed my car enough that I saw that the big words he was using was just hot air. I was late for my flight and had a cab waiting so I tell him to forget it, I'll just get the Groupon services and do the rest myself.
That is when the b****** decides that he cannot take my car right now and that I'd have to wait another two weeks; which, by the way, would make the Groupon expire.
I decided I couldn't trust my car with this slimeball and walked away. I hope to get my $99 back from Groupon.
Again, STAY AWAY! Don't trust your car with someone who is willing to be dishonest for a quick buck.
The removal of hard water spots from the Escalade was an especially great job. This vehicle is black, one of the hardest colors to work on. They used a new product -- it worked great and looks like new.
They did a great job, were very professional, and we will definitely go back.
