Morgan is awesome! My 3-year old pressure wouldn't start or run (probably because "my people" failed to properly store it over the winter). I sent an email to Morgan on Sunday night and received an email and phone call back promptly Monday morning. He was willing to come out ON MEMORIAL DAY to fix my problem and save my "work day". Morgan showed up on time (actually, a few minutes early), quickly diagnosed the problem, cleared the clogged gas line, cleaned the carburetor and spark plug and changed the oil. Afterwards, the pressure washer ran like a top all day long. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. The mobile service is so much better than dragging your equipment to a shop and the equipment is fixed on the spot. Morgan is polite, professional and very competent. The price was very reasonable. In a 'service economy' that often seems to lack good service, Morgan is tops.
