Sherry Jordan hosts an annual planning session that has been very beneficial to my business.  In addition to helping us to plan the year she also brought up a lot of good points regarding business practices.  As a result of that day of planning and listening to guest speakers, I ended up hiring the attorney at the event to help me through the corporation process.  Prior to that, I was a sole proprietor.  It's one more better business practice that I am grateful to have in place.  I am so glad I went to that event. Sherry Jordan has an ability to see with 20 20 vision what you need to consider changing to be more profitable and pleased in your business. Her ideas are creative and have proven to save my sanity in business many a time. For example, when I felt overwhelmed by my business, Sherry did an analysis of what segments of photography I was targeting and the revenues from each. From that, she determined that I should cease marketing in 2 segments that weren't giving me the revenues I wanted. From that action, I sharply reduced my stress load and was able to grow my business in other segments by targeted marketing. She also factored in my passions for different types of work. We also talked about how I spend my networking time and the payback from each organization I belonged to.
I asked Sherry to fit my preference for hearing advice frankly, and she really listened and performed accordingly. She can also deal very well with people who are moved more effectively through different styles.
Going to a coach is something I've benefited from tremendously. It is SO worth any investment. Going to any coach other than NCG or Sherry would be a waste; why pass up the best?

It is wild to me what just an hour with a seasoned coach can do for you!  Sherry Jordan listened intently to the current questions and challenges I am facing as the owner of a massage therapy practice.  Over the course of an hour she was able to help me clarify my short-term and long-term vision for my business.  
While I appreciate coaching that has a spiritual bent and encourages "manifesting", etc., sometimes you just need practical advice!  I deeply appreciated Sherry's willingness to act as consultant. As our coaching has continued she has been able to recommend multiple business partners from book keepers to graphic designers who have helped take my business from infancy into adolescents. I believe we set excessive financial goals at the beginning of working with Sherry, but in the year that I?ve worked with her I?ve had to increase these goals three separate times due to my rapid growth. Sherry brings to the table such a huge breadth of knowledge.  I am a small business owner who also works with my spouse, and Sherry is always prepared to deal with my latest challenge whether it is personal, professional, or a combination of the two.  I have yet to present her with an issue that she doesn't have excellent feedback about.  I always leave her office feeling better about myself and my business (and I have the results to back up the good feeling).  I highly value her advice/guidance, and give her my highest recommendation.

I recently had the opportunity to attend the year end planning event for small business owners presented by Sherry Jordan of the Northwest Coaching Group.  Unlike many career and business planning events I have attended in the past, ?Planning with Purpose? actually gave me understandable and manageable tools to systematically work through the myriad of questions to be answered in order to clearly set business goals for the upcoming year.  While the amount of information seems overwhelming, the Northwest Coaching Group is right there encouraging and counseling me along the way, providing a comprehensive and challenging process to answer those questions and help me determine my goals.  It has been hard work, but well worth the investment in my career.

It's time to update my review.  If I could give Sherry a higher grade, I would because she deserves it.  I've done business plans for several years with Sherry and each year we meet or exceed our goals.  When we first started, we were working out of house with one or two employees.  We've grown to 16 employees, moved into a shop and more than quadrupled our sales.  We are the highest rated company in our category on Angie's List and are one of the most respected companies in our field thanks to the help and guidance of our business coach.  This has all been achieved with Sherry holding our hand.  I also send my key employees to Sherry now and that's a benefit to the employee and to the business as she works on setting goals and working the bugs out with them.
I've just completed a long range plan with Sherry and I am more excited than ever because of where my company is heading.  You can bet that I will be working with Sherry as long a she will have me.  I've recommended Sherry to several of my business associates and each one of them is just as happy with her services as I am.  She's not just limited to business coaching either.  I think of her more as a life coach.  She's very educated and dialed into her clients needs.  I super highly recommend NW Business Coaching!!

Sherry Jordon has been my business coach for years now and has helped me grow my little painting company into a thriving corporation with over 500 percent growth in the past three years.  She has also helped me tremendously with my relationships and partnership.  It's amazing how much Sherry's guidance and support has impacted my life.  I've reviewed Sherry on Angie's List in the past, but want to add an updated report because of a crisis we were having with a family member.  The crisis was unexpected and tragic and Sherry's help impacted the family and changed my sisters life (the one in crisis) in such a positive way.  The advice was simple and straightforward, but something I would have missed on my own because of the emotional turmoil I was experiencing.  I  owe Sherry a debt of gratitude and give NW Coaching Group my highest recommendation.
