Portland has a sense of community unlike any other. I fell in love with the city, planted my roots down here about six years ago, and I’ve been engaged in residential energy efficiency advocacy and conservation programs ever since (which means I’m an expert in rebate programs). My passion for sustainability lent itself to real estate to engage more deeply in my community, both from a resident and neighborhood perspective. While in Portland, I’ve lived in NW, SE and I now own a home with my husband and puppy in NE. I spend my non-work time retrofitting my 1914 home, participating in contemporary dance performances around the city, and enjoying the music and restaurant scene. I am thrilled to be working with Vintage Real Estate, in the close-in community that I reside in, and with brokers that share the same mission for excellence in service as I do. the market is not going in the favor of buyers in my price range. She
able to get repairs done on the house by the owners and set up all of
the contracting to get the work done before closing. We had a short turn time for closing from the home inspection peroid, less then six weeks and Nicolette had everything done within a month. Amazing how involved she was with each step in the process.
I can not say enough good things about how this was handled from the first contact to the signing of all my documents at title, Nicolette made sure I was comfortable with what was happening and I had clear answers to my questions, of which I plenty of.
