Nicolette was able negotiate the purchase of my new home at a time when the market is not going in the favor of buyers in my price range. She able to get repairs done on the house by the owners and set up all of the contracting to get the work done before closing. We had a short turn time for closing from the home inspection peroid, less then six weeks and Nicolette had everything done within a month. Amazing how involved she was with each step in the process. I can not say enough good things about how this was handled from the first contact to the signing of all my documents at title, Nicolette made sure I was comfortable with what was happening and I had clear answers to my questions, of which I plenty of. Nicolette was great to work with. She is upbeat, fun, and an incredibly hard worker.
