They placed rat traps and they were fine. They were then going to charge me to come back for follow up. They were going to nickel and dime me. They were fine. I just had a little apprehension about being charged every time. To me, placing rat traps should have a follow up. My neighbor had chickens about 6 feet away and they attract rats. The rats were living in my crawl space.
