Very easy to work with. Did a quality job, better than I expected.

Work was fine.

Our house was completed in 1920 and had developed a swale in the middle of it. It's very frighting when it's raining or there is freezing weather because it turns into an ice skating rink. Everyone that knows us knows to go to the back door, but our mail person and all deliveries go on the front porch. We worry every year someone might slip or fall. We couldn't afford to have the whole concrete porch demolished and redone. When Gary and his foreman came out to give us bids on the garden house pad and the brick patio I asked him if he knew any good, reliable concrete company that wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. He did give me the name and number of someone and he also told me that they could level the swale, cut channels in to it to insure the water ran off into the garden and cover the porch and steps with brick pavers at a fraction of the cost of doing a new concrete porch. So that is exactly what his company did for us. They also added a matte sealer for the pavers and sand and it came out beautifully.  The work was actually finished by last Sept/Oct but I have recently been in contact with Gary because some of the water running off of the porch seems to be coming in to that corner where the porch is above the basement. So, I am waiting for an estimate from him to get that fixed. Gary and his "guys" are fabulous people to work with and they clean up everything at the end of each day. They also work more quickly than most, like a well oiled machine. We enjoyed working with them every step of the way. Also, they were always here a little early each day to get started and didn't leave until whatever was on the schedule for that day was done and then the cleaning up after. And one other thing, they are so good at leveling (we live on a hill) that the man who put up the garden house said that if he wasn't already married to his wife of 20+ years he'd want to marry the guy who did all of the leveling for us. He said that in his 40 years of building he had never seen as fine a job as Gary's guy had done!

It went great, they arrived on time, did a great job & cleaned up after themselves.

They were very prompt and informative. The workers showed up when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would. The work was very impressive, I can't be any happier. They were very helpful and made suggestions on things that I hadn't thought of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a yard installed.

It took me a long time to figure out the pavers and pattern that I wanted. Gary was was professional and patient and gave me suggestions on how to proceed with this project. I
I would definitely use him and his crew again.

We are thrilled with both of the walls. Gary was 100% right about the rock vs. block wall. The new rock wall looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. And the block wall is exactly what we needed.
Gary was very responsive. He answered our initial e-mail within a day. He gave us a professional bid within a day or so of visiting our house. He was responsive with any questions we asked him prior to beginning the project. His crew was on-time, courteous and left our property cleaner than when they got here. And Gary came by each day to check on the progress.
We would definitely recommend New Dimensions and would not hesitate to use them again for our next landscape project.

They showed up exactly on time, the crew of two worked without causing any collateral damage, produced a beautiful circular paver patio, cleaned up thoroughly, and finished in the two days that they estimated.

Initially I had a difficult time connecting to get the estimate, after I decided that I wanted them to do the job it took a number of weeks to schedule (which is normal during the time of year). When they started the job they did not have all of the materials and wanted me to switch to a different size of the product, I did not and they had to locate more of the product which delayed completion. The landscape crew was hard working. There were a number of mis-communications about how the patio was supposed to look. There was also miscommunication about where to put the extra dirt from where the patio was leveled. Which resulted in us having to move it. Ultimately it did turn out great and we are pleased with the end result. In the process the new fence was nicked by one of the machines, but there was compensation in the price.
