Bill came and untangled all of the cables which were not connected correctly. He got the landline to work again, reprogramed the router and printer and got the internet to work. He also installed a security program. He did a great job and was also a very nice guy.

A "****" was able to respond in a couple of hours, even though this wasn't exactly an emergency. I reached the Portland manager by phone, and he had the tech confirm and show up within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes (a system update had confused my IP provider), and then stayed to hook up a new scanner. Fantastic service, ultra professional; the answer to this computer-idiot's prayer. We will call them again whenever we need electronic assistance!
