The work done resulted in my kitchen sink no longer getting hot water. He said the agreement I signed did not guarantee hot water working. Probably a fluke situation. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. Great pre-work, research, quoting. Responsive, easy to schedule. Nice guy.

"Thank you for the nice things you have said. The job was over 2 years ago now. If I remember correctly my diagnosis was that your kitchen faucet did not have a sufficient flow rate for your On-Demand water heater to fire on. I offered to replace your faucet but you declined. Can you share with me how you solved this problem? Was it indeed a flow rate problem?"

Doug did an excellent job replacing my garbage disposal, and for a very fair price. He did an efficient, professional job, all while being friendly and explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also provided pro tips for maintenance of the new unit. He both prevented messes and cleaned up after himself, and he was mindful of my "door rules" so my pets would not get out. He definitely gave me the best price of all who responded, and great service. I recommend him.

Doug responded to my request within 30 minutes as he just finished another project in the area. He quickly found and fixed the problem in the shower faucet and replaced a sink faucet in the second bathroom. He was professional and completed the projects quickly. I will save his card for future plumbing issues.

EXCELLENT PLUMBER!!! Douglas Nash of NASH PLUMBING changed out the wax ring on our toilet today. He was just great! Doug was friendly, explained everything in detail, worked quickly and provided us with a great rate as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NASH PLUMBING!

Called them out for a weekend job that was meant to only take 10 minutes. Replace the drain basket strainers on the kitchen sink. What was supposed to be simple, turned into tearing apart the wall and replacing piping going all the way into the basement. This was literally the worse case scenario for this poor contractor. He handled all of the job professionally and, other than some slight frustration on both sides due to the escalation of work required, the communication was handled professionally and precisely. I feel bad for having them deal with my crazy house, but they did a wonderful job and I would recommend them for future plumbling jobs. Thanks!

Mr. Nash responded to my query I posted in Home Advisor promptly. He agreed to do the repair on Sunday without charging an extra fee. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had everything necessary to make the repair - including a new garbage disposal. He was upfront with his pricing; even doing some extra simple improvements at no extra cost. He is personable, professional & was transparent with what he did - including photos. He made me aware of things that may become a problem down the road & made recommendations for improvements - again including photos. He took precautions to protect the area we was working in & left the area in the same (probably better) condition as it was.

I chose Nash Plumbing because they were quick to respond, very helpful with the fixture selection process, and they used technology to speed up the process. Also, during the bidding process, I got the feeling that I could trust Nash Plumbing. Doug did a great job, including cleaning up the job site when he was finished. Nash Plumbing will be my first choice for any future projects or repairs.
