When old door broke a spring & cable and ceased operating, Larry came within 24 hours to see if anything temporary could be done--showing vast expertise & experience in the process. Hopeless. He sold us new door & operator, prioritizing what would be most cost effective, and was able to get us the new equipment installed and the old stuff taken away--after just a few days had elapsed--for much less money than we had feared. We're totally happy and would recommend Myers to anyone for garage door repair or replacement.

Came same day I called, replaced pulleys and gave advice about replacing the door in the future. The door has continued working well and will probably go with him for new door in future.

Pat is no-nonsense and obviously knows what he's doing, as he worked for his father's biz, before doing his own thing. And he does it well. He came out, made recommendations (thank god I splurged a tiny bit more on getting the windows - so much beautiful natural light!), was upfront on any obvious and potential costs - and ultimately we feel we got a great deal for the result. It is a huge upgrade both in function and curb appeal. My wife and I (and neighbors) love it and have no complaints whatsoever. Thanks Pat!

I called Pat up on Monday and talked to him about some openers I was considering getting at Sears or Home Depot. He pointed me to this Lift Master opener and quoted me nearly the same as the big brand stores. He informed me that when he installed he uses single piece beams unlike the kits you get at the store that you have to assembly. The hardware he uses will last longer and is stronger. He also reinforced the joint where the lift connects to the door to prevent bowing or damage to the door itself from the force of the opener. I did choose one of the most expensive models with battery backup and wifi connection so the price is mostly due to my preference for the top of the line model.
He came on time and had the door installed in less than an hour it was great!
