Great, we love our mattress.

I spent over a year researching various mattresses before selecting Mulligan Mattress.

.We found them on Angies List and Better Business Bureau. They were willing to work with us. They stand by their products. I am of the opinion that most mattresses need to be replaced within five years. They don't try to push or put pressure on you. You can make up your own mind. They are very personable. We had a good time. They do what they say they are going to do for the price they said and we did not have to go back. They did it right the first time. Price wise they were little higher than some others but their mattresses last five or six times longer. Professionally they were very down to earth. I would recommend them to others.

We met with Gary, he reviewed all our options, made suggestions and custom built our mattress. He delivered it right on time and removed our old one for us. We are very happy.

First of all, Mulligan Mattress has a great website that offers very clear information about the origin of the latex used to make the mattresses and also gives details on the manufacturing methods used. Upon entering the store, Gary greeted my husband and I immediately and schooled us on the whole latex mattress industry. Then he worked with each of us to determine the best mattress combination for our bodies. In all, he spent about 45 minutes to an hour with us. The time went by very fast since Gary makes the whole process very fun. He is super knowledgeable about his product and seems to make customer satisfaction his number one priority. We ordered our mattress and he was able to deliver it a few days earlier than the estimated two weeks. We love our new mattress and pillows and feel good about buying them from Mulligan Mattress.

We were so taken with Gary and his expertise and his willingness to take back the mattress. It is unprecedented in the retail world. It was a great experience dealing with him. He is a stellar example of the possibilities of a human being.

The best part of this story is that I got this mattress eight years ago and it is still fantastic. It does not need to be turned over or rotated, it breathes, it is comfortable, and it still doesn't have body impressions. I just took a picture of it so you can see how well it holds up. I probably will be able to take another picture in another eight years and see the same thing. Based on past experience, I was a little concerned about the amount we spent. Traditional mattresses have seemed great when purchased and a couple of years later they are ready to be replaced-dented and uncomfortable. This mattress looks and feels like new after eight years. I was in the market for a new mattress and happened to drive by the Mulligan Mattress shop. The store is low key, small and unpretentious. The quality and comfort of the product is superb. Gary is very good at what he does.
