Mr. Tree did an excellent job taking out the many trees that had overgrown in the last 10 years, two of which had roots showing in my yard and my neighbors. They took the time to remove all the trees and 'chased' the roots in both yards. Bob and his crew were excellent from the initial contact all the way through completion and even follow up. They arrived when they were scheduled, communicated throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I was more than statisfied. They did an outstanding job! I highly recommend Mr. Tree. Excellent service, great price, timely execution, professional!

We had a big maple tree and a shore pine removed and the stumps ground. There was only one man with a chain saw that took down the trees. Two young men assisted. The man cut down the trees in only one morning, much faster than expected based on a spruce tree we got rid of a few years ago. Cons: We wanted the fire wood. They only gave us the trunk wood, no limbs. The maple tree had enormous limbs that would have made prime firewood. They just ground them up in a chipper and wasted them. I only got about 2/3 to 3/4 of a cord of wood from both trees and expected well over a cord if the limbs were included. We sort of complained when we paid the bill. They sent a guy over a few days later with a little bit of fire wood in the back of a pick up which he dropped off. He said he would come back in a few days with more but never showed up.

Their team that did the estimate was knowledgeable and understood what I wanted done, but their office staff was very disorganized and it was difficult to make an appointment. The first estimator that came out evidently had taken an emergency medical leave the next week and I gave them some slack to allow them to adjust to his absence, but they never got it together.

They did all that was asked in a very professional manner. Did a great job cleaning up, leaving nothing for us to do.

Mr. Tree logged 38 acres for me and ground 4 acres of stumps. ( That is about 600 stumps.) They stacked and burned the brush, and replanted the whole place with quality seedlings after they were done. They also did things that were helpful to me such as; piling all the firewood close to the road. They have the latest equipment to work with, and a very experienced, knowledgeable, crew of employees who are capable of handling the job every step of the way. They did everything just as they said they would. I could not have been more pleased.

We are very happy with this company. I made our appointment two weeks prior and they called the Friday before to confirm the appointment. They showed up a little earlier in the day than scheduled, but that was OK. They did the work quickly and cleaned everything up when done. The utility company came out the next day to mark if any utility wires were near the tree stumps, then a few days later the company came back to grind the stumps. Once again, they did this job quickly and cleaned everything up when done.
Everyone that we dealt with -- the estimator, the employees that completed the work and the people that work in the office -- were very courteous and professional. After some of the issues we have with other work we have had completed at our house, this was a refreshing experience!

Excellent job all the way around, with good cleanup in the end. When you have a real job to do, these guys have the right equipment and right skills to get it done safely.

The work went well overall. The workers were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable.

I was not real happy. They advertise as being an arborist and the fellow who came to look at the tree was not an arborist. He was very nice and seemed to be well informed and let me know that his boss, the arborist, would be the guy to come and do some things to the tree if I wanted. I didn't because it all seemed a little bit daunting. He was very kind and nice. He didn't charge me anything to come and give me an opinion. He also talked about injecting a tree and I wanted to maybe have the tree trimmed way back. He said no that I didn't want to do that. He said that his boss would not agree to have the tree topped and reduce the size. It was all a little vague and I wasn't too sure if I agreed with that. I did talk to someone else.

They brought appropriate equipment to access the stump, and completed the work and cleaned up in under 1 hour. I've used Mr Tree before for limbing and tree removal, and they have good prices and service.

I requested someone give me a quote on the tree removal. The person showed up on time and quickly gave me a quote equal to others I had received. Work was done on schedule. Stump was removed the next day. No problems whatsoever.

Very good. The first day that I called they were able to send someone out to the property. That employee thought that he needed a specialist to look at a tree. Wilbur and Don were out the next day. Workers were there when scheduled. Work and cleanup was performed promptly.

They did gppd work and were prompt. They arrived on time and did good work. They did not ask for any money until the job was complete. I was really happy with that. The price was competitive. I had 3 other bids and they were all right around the same amount.

Extremely poor.

They did a great job. It was a tight squeeze and we were worried that they would hit the house, which they didn't. They were clean, professional, and were here when they said they would be. Also, they had the best price out of the five companies we got estimates from.

It went very well. They did exactly what I asked for and completed when they said they would.

Fun guys. Go about their work and get it done. Don't mess around.
