.Funky looking repair shop that I've driven by for years without noticing. The two owners/mechanics were just what we were looking for. No frills. Straightforward and seem to take pride in saving you time and money! They ran a scan on the computer to find out what the trouble was - turned off the light - if it came back on within a couple of days, they could then tell what the problem likely was. Charged $45 for the scan. The light returned. I returned. Within a day, they found the source of the problem, corrected it and also found the likely source of a bizarre whirring noise that I experienced all fall/winter that Portland BMW likely caused when replacing belts this summer (but didn't replace another part at that time that they should have). Charged us about $140 - this would have been 3 times that amount at either Kuni or Portland BMW. If I don't pass DEQ I will update this report with the continued saga, but I expect it to be fine and trust that if for some reason it doesn't, Craig or Mike will do what it takes to make it so!  They also assured me that I didn't need all the other things, at this moment, that the dealer had said that I did. So, no loaner car, car wash or spiffy waiting area - but maybe a trustworthy mechanic that we can afford.

Did a great job of describing what could be wrong & rough estimate via phone call before taking the car in.
Was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.
Work was completed a little after originally expected, but shop owner, Mike, personally followed through very professionally.
Overall, very satisfied and would not hesitate to take my car back for future maintenance and repairs - highly recommended.

Excellent, these are great guys, really know what they are doing.

This is a small specialty shop so there are only a handful of people to deal with. I called Craig and was given an appointment time which met my needs. He was straight forward in his approach and seemed to be looking out after my interests. He didn't try to sell me more than was needed. The work was done on time and so far I have had no problems with the repairs, although they were pretty simple services. Craig took the time to explain the repairs to me.

They work exclusively on BMW vehicles. They always do a good job and they never tell me that I need unnecessary work done.

They are very good. They deal exclusively in BMWs of any year, so they know the cars. They talk to me about what needs to be done before they do it and why it needs to be done. They also let me know what will need to be done soon.

He has always done awesome work. He is detail oriented and takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows. He will not stop until the job is done right.
