It was a great experience.

Called and spoke with Joel who came the next day for a quote which was much better than buying a new couch, completely planning to restuff the armrests, seat, and back coushions! Got on the schedule within 10 days and paid for the pickup and delivery option. (Have to put 1/2 down when you schedule).  Our couch ended up being VERY heavy so they definately earned that money. Brought the couch back a week later having to reassemble it in my living room so they didn't have to carry the heavy thing back in, but OH MY GOSH, it's better than it was new! Very happy. Highly recommend this company.

Very well.  Looking for buttons for vintage car.

Called mid Saturday afternoon.  Called back that afternoon and was able to make the button the following monday.  Quickly and very friendly.

I stopped by the shop to show them the bar stool tops and discuss the project. They happened to have some scrap black leather from another project and the foam for the padding, so I placed a 50% deposit on the job. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call two days later saying the tops were done and ready for pickup. They did a great job!

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A FAIRLY GOOD ONE. MR. TALBERT FINISHED THE JOB AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, EVEN THOUGH THE FABRIC THAT I ORDERED WAS A SPECIAL ORDER THAT TOOK A FEW DAYS TO ARRIVE. THE CHAIR LOOKED GREAT, THE PATTERN ON THE CUSHIONS MATCHED VERY WELL. MY ONLY CONCERN WAS, WHEN I ORIGINALLY ORDERED, THE SPECIAL ORDER FABRIC WAS QUOTED AT A LOWER PRICE THAN WHAT IT ENDED UP TO BE. HOWEVER, TO BE FAIR TO MR. TALBERT, HE DID CALL BEFORE WORK BEGAN ON MY CHAIR TO LET ME KNOW THAT THERE WOULD BE A PRICE INCREASE ON THE FABRIC. I EVEN GOT TO KEEP THE EXTRA FABRIC THAT WAS NOT USED, IT MADE GREAT PILLOWS.
