The laptop was damaged when the TSA shoved it into my backpack, into the smaller pocket. It had been in the larger pocket, so they took it out to rescan it.The smaller pocket contained a full tube of toothpaste. The toothpaste went into the speaker, disk drive, and power port. We cleaned it out as best we could, but didn't get it all. When the power cord was put into the port, it melted. The computer itself was ok, but the parts needed to be replaced.

Chris came and did some testing of the hard drive and then took the computer to replace the hard drive. The next day he called and said all the data had been recovered except for one file. He updated the operating system. He came back with the computer the next day, installed the computer, and ensured it operated correctly. It now works like a new computer.

I have three PC computers that I have purchased over the past few years, and I found it very frustrating that I had one program on one computer, and another program on a different computer. I also had differenct versions of anti-virus software running... some active and some not. Chris fixed all three of my computers at the same time (at no additional charge), optomized their performance and put all of my PC's on the same anti-virus software. Awesome. He uploaded software to my netbook. Wow, I still don't understand how he did that. There is no cd drive.He is punctual, polite, knowledgeable and efficient, and he came to my office. He saved me time and money, and my computers are all on the same page now. Booyah!

On this occasion he arrived early, set right to work, and then left to acquire a new hard drive and to work on my laptop. He arrived later this evening to complete his work. Chris is very upbeat, thorough, attentive to details, extremely knowledgeable and competent. I have yet to hear of a problem he's not been able to resolve - on a private PC or company network.
