Metro Car Care

.They are always looking for deals for me. One case they found a special on tires, and I went ahead an purchased them 6 months in advance in needing them. They stored the tires for me there, and when I was ready put the new tires on.

Have used service for 15 years, I trust them completely. Their communication, scheduling is great, and always provide a rental car at no charge A++

I have had good luck with them. They are very honest. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They charged $55 for my wife's Mercedes. I though that was cheap. It's an older model car, and they agreed to use a good, non-synthetic brand. He didn't charge her anymore than that. Other places have charged $75-$80 for an oil change. When you have a Mercedes, sometimes they try to stick it to you.

Great! I did not know how bad they were until the new ones were on the car. They work great and the service from Metro is fast, friendly and reasonably priced.

Great. I purchased my tires at Metro Car Care two years ago. I did not realize it, but I received a warranty on the tires. In the past two months I have had 3 tires get a nail or screw in them and they are not repairable. They are warranted and I got a free tire. In addition to great prices on tires, a warranty like that is unheard of. Very Cool. Of course, I did pay $37 for mounting and disposal of the old tire. (No big deal)

Our experience was fantastic!  This is the type of service that people used to provide back in the 1950's when one's word and reputation meant a great deal. 
After reviewing Angies List, I called Metro Car Care and told Kirk that we were having problems with our mini van.  When we braked the car would vibrate.  He told me that it sounded like the brake rotors may be warped and said that if I would like to bring the car in, he would have it checked.  He wanted to know whether it would be convenient for me and I told him, of course.  He told me that he would call me with the findings before the end of the work day. 
Kirk called me back mid afternoon and told me that the rotors were badly warped.  He described my options, and the cost of each.  He told me that they could machine the rotors but that would leave them thin and that I would likely have the problem again.  He told me that they could be replaced and that the technical bulletin advised adding stiffeners.  He quoted a price of $815.  I chose this option. 
He asked whether it would be convenient to leave the vehicle with them and that he would order the parts and do the work the next day.  He estimated that it would be done by 5 PM. 
I was called at 4:30 PM and told that the work was completed.  They had also taken the car onto the freeway to test it out to make sure that it worked well. 

When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they had even washed it!  The price was $815 (and yes the stiffeners were added) but then they took off a $50 discount for Angies List members, about which I had not asked and was not aware.  Wow!!! 
The vehicle works well!  I am very happy and will always use Metro Car Care in the future.

Saved a bundle by not letting another shop perform unnecessary service work.   I'm picky and Metro checked the car, told me what was needed and what the cost would be.  The car was finished ahead of schedule, and at a competitive price.  I've finally found a shop I can trust.

Our car had a horrible shake.  We took it into Kirk and he gave us a loaner car while the repairs were happening.  The car turned out to need new rear tires and the shocks were worn out.  We had our car back that same day.  Thank you Kirk!  You guys are great.

The diagnosis and service were a 10!

It went just fine, they are very courteous and performed the work in a timely matter.  They picked me up and dropped me off during the service, overall I was treated like gold.

The price is reasonable. I give them five stars. They are great, personable, and knowledgeable. They are just a good service company.

Had to have the car towed to shop location, and got professional, clear info by phone beforehand. Car arrived at closing and by 8AM the next morning they called with the diagnosis and told my wife the cost and timeline for the repairs. The car was repaired for the cost quoted and in a timely fashion.

I'm happy with them. I believe they are honest. The quality of work is good. The price seems fair. I've been satisfied.
