Joel was a very informative sales person. We wanted a space efficient way to add beds to our vacation rental. Joel showed us the perfect solution in a cabinet bed. It is furniture, extremely compact and extremely comfortable to sleep on. We have had people comment that they were the most comfortable beds they had ever slept on. Joel just keeps coming up with perfect solutions like the mattress protectors that are just like a fitted sheet, not that crackly plastic stuff. He also introduced us to the most perfect pillow I have ever used (the side sleeper pillow). If all that were not enough by itself, Bo stepped up and gave us a smoking deal. He used his personal relationship with his suppliers, his understanding of our needs and circumstances, together with experience on how all the pieces work together and tailored a price no one else would take the time to do. When you walk into Mattress Pro, you are not going to get sold to, you are going to be listened to. Mattress Pro listens to what you need, finds the solution and delivers at a price point you can’t beat. There are a plethora of mattress stores out there. Mattress Pro is the top of the heap. The owner Bo and his employee Joel were so easy to work with! They offered a no pressure approach, and after doing a lot of research, all their mattress knowledge checked out to be true. After weeks of searching to for the perfect mattress I finally found what I was looking for at Mattress Pro! They had affordable prices and offered brands of mattresses that you won't find at other stores. So if you want excellent customer service, great prices, and complementary homemade caramel treats, then Mattress Pro is the place to go!!!

Like many other reviews for Mattress Pro, I give them 5 stars. I had no problems at all. Easy & tax paid for me in Washington! My wife's back issues prompted us to search. We were able to test out at least 10 mattresses on the floor that day. Joel helped us out before Bo (the owner showed up). Both great guys. We went with a King Venus (memory foam top) & adjustable frame setup. The price we paid was equivalent to buying just the mattress if we got a standard built one. So we felt we got a good deal. Wife loves the mattress - helps her back. I don't have problems - but like it just the same. The delivery guys, Matt & Jessie, were great too and very motivated. My teen son, who outgrew his mattress, needed a new one. So, we showed up back at the store the day after our king was delivered. Bought another bed from them!! Again, a great deal. I am glad I read all the reviews on Yelp, Google, etc. - because nobody gets that many great reviews unless they earn them (or pay for them - which isn't the case here). I am happy to give back this review to a business who believes in just "doing the right thing". It's so rare these days!! Thanks Guys!!

We were just starting our mattress shopping  when we stopped at Mattress Pro. We were very pleased with our experience. We actually ended up buying on the same day. Joel went out of his way to provide what we needed at a cost  we could afford. We were also very happy to see they carried locally manufactured products. We will highly recommend them to friends & family.

Dealing with a local family owned business was wonderful.  No rush to make the delivery soon.  They were so easy to set appt. date out a week.  Their two delivery young men arrived on time and carried out my old mattress.  They also were very professional, pleasant and clean.  A tip is coming their way.

It was a an great education on different mattresses.  Owner/Saleman who was very professional but made you feel at ease and comfortable.  A great price and we had planned to look at two other places but we purchased from here.  Would definitely go back and refer our friends.

The company delivered and installed the mattresses, and when one was too tall for the trundle bed, they took it back and brought me another one that would fit. Not only did they not charge me for exchanging the mattress and making an extra delivery, they actually sent me a refund because the second mattress was less expensive. I would definitely recommend this store and buy from them again.

In shopping for a new bed a major consideration for us was to find a bed made from materials which would accommodate my sensitivity to chemicals. I also like supporting family businesses. Initially we selected a bed based primarily on comfort which I thought would work for me, knowing that MattressPro has a 30-60 day comfort guarantee if it didn't work out. Within that time frame I determined that I had not made the right choice for my particular needs. I visited the store a few more times and decided to go for one of their all natural latex double sided beds, after doing a lot of research about latex. I had several detailed questions about the materials used in their beds, and if Randy didn't know the answer he said so, and did the research to give us accurate information. Once we made our decision, Randy arranged for the exchange to be made the following day. I appreciated that there was absolutely no difficulty with them honoring their comfort guarantee or in making the exchange. Their delivery guys were polite and careful on both visits. I feel good about the quality of our purchase, and I appreciate the way MattressPro does business. I think this store is a real find, especially for those of us who must have an all-natural product.

I had been shopping for a new mattress for a while. I knew I wanted a double-sided (two-sided) mattress that could be flipped. I had replaced all my mattresses with no flip mattresses not that long ago thinking they would be wonderful not to flip. Well they didn't quite work out (not to say all no flips are the same, just these didn't work for me). I knew I wanted a one I could flip because they seemed to last longer. I searched all over town looking for someone who could deliver one. No one carried them EXCEPT Mattress Pro!
When I went to the store I still had questions and the team there were patient, friendly, and so knowledgeable about all the mattresses they carry and no one tried to talk me out of what I wanted. They provided helpful information so I could make an informed decision. As if that wasn't enough, the prices were fantastic and they even delivered and setup my new mattress for me! I have several more to replace and I will definitely be going back to Mattress Pro and may even try a different brand of no flip mattresses after learning what to look for from their helpful staff!!
One thing to note, if they don't have a model on the floor they can get it for you and set it up so that you can try it out first. I was amazed at how many mattresses they could get in if I didn't find what I wanted there. It is great to know there are still stores willing to go above and beyond without charging you an arm and a leg for quality service! Thank you Mattress Pro!
