MARY JEAN'S FLOWERS & GIFTS

I came in on Tuesday 1/7/14 to preorder flowers I needed to put in a vase I was using as a center piece on a table for a bridal shower. The colors for the shower were to be mainly light blue and pink with a touch of green. I was told by the lady there that there wasn't much of a selection in blue.I was okay with that and said I wanted mostly pink like roses or carnations with baby's breath. She said they didnt have babys breath but could use a straw like white flower that she showed me. I said great and placed my order and said go up to $30.00 on the bouquet. I came today to pick up the flowers and they made half the arrangement in white flowers the other half in pink, no blue and alot in green leafs and some green flowers. I was so dissapointed and they did not even call me to say they couldnt deliver what I wanted so I could have a chance to go elsewhere. This is the second time they have done something like this to me. 2 1/2 years ago I ordered a stand up arrangement of flowers for my dads funeral. I ordered a hawaiin arrangement that I brought in the picture for that I saw on another website that had orchids and birds of paradise. This arrangement was $150.00. They delivered an arrangement to the service that had birds of paradise but no orchids and substituted a cheaper type of flowers. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

It was a good experience. They explained to me what I could expect as far as what the bouquet looked like and they answered my questions.
